Viki and drew The office clerks which probably is the managers they were awesome I didn't get the name of the young man that cleaned the room he was awesome awesome very polite very nice anything you needed he was there for you even the office staff I had a me personally issue with my washcloth and the lady took care right away and it was not a problem that whole place is awesome thank you guys for a pleasurable trip for me and my grandkids God willing we will see you again Happy New Year and I hope God shine on your year to come

Excellent value for the price. Nice, spacious room with refrigerator and microwave and coffee. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, more options and better quality than most hotel breakfasts, very clean and appealing area. Excellent lighting in the parking area, very convenient, central location.

The outside hallways smelled like smoke and drugs, although inside the rooms were clean. Not a lot of water pressure, but it was adequate. Definitely got more value for the price of this hotel. I would definitely go back.

Breakfast with vegan options will be great also breakfast time if extended up to 9.30 AM may be good. Airconditioning was efficient but when you put curtains on especially at night curtain blocks Air conditioner vents, this can be rectified by shortening curtains to match window size.

Full marks to the front desk staff for their help. I stayed one night and had to catch an early morning flight. Alayna was super helpful during the check-in, even though there was a blunder in my booking due to the wrong dates. Since I was checking out early and due to miss the breakfast, they gave some packaged breakfast items the evening before itself.

I like the excellent staff and the professional care we received from the rewards service.

Overall, adequately clean room, but not pristine. Simple, pleasant contemporary. Clean linens; choice of pillows soft to quite firm. Fully equipped, from hair dryer to microwave. Convenient lighting included flexible neck/directional spotlights on nightstand. Nice Breakfast room with coffee/tea, juices, instant oatmeals, muffins, breakfast sandwiches (everything wrapped). Night clerk was on his game; alert & helpful. Parking area well lit.

The breakfast was more than expected. A nice surprise. Done very well. Good job who took care of it.

There could have been better communication between hotel and Booking.com. I do not know if I will ever use Booking.com again

Internet was on and off. Had to call office several times to get a working connection.

The location was convenient to the interstate and just about anything else you would need traveling. Breakfast was actually made! Seeing the planes so close was pretty cool.

The outer door did not lock. The bathroom was just odd. Airplanes flew over often, however inside the sound wasn't bad at all.

It was odd from the outside. Wasn’t your typical hotel entrance. honestly wasn’t sure where the entrance was since they had 2 doors. also, some guests were loud and it was like 6 in the morning. Other than that it was fine and served its purpose for my son and I staying the night.
