I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff, the breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast. Why I most recommend Quality Inn is due to one of their staff members Miss Danielle Gonzalez. I checked out of the Inn after 2 days. I realized 2 days later I left my watch. I called spoke to manager he said they had the watch and will FedEx. . Well; another day later I realized I forgot to tell them about my bracelet which I also had left. Again I called and spoke to Miss Danielle Gonzalez who happened to be the person who cleaned my room. She said after the 100 questions to make sure it was mine☺️she said "I cleaned the room and found a bracelet.".. I appreciate how professional she handled the matter and her honesty. Thank you, thank youMiss Gonzalez This bracelet is very special to me . Oh yeah!! I will recommend🙂

Breakfast was good. A lot of variety. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and clean

When we booked, I didn't realize there were no elevators to get to the second floor. The only option for main floor was a smoking room, and that wasn't going to be comfortable for anyone in our party. So the front desk called the other hotels in the area and helped us find another hotel with another room at 1am. She was able to find 1 room left in a neighboring hotel. For that I am very thankful.

I didn't like that there were only two towels, and when I asked for more, I had to give up my used towels from the night before. I have really long hair so having a second towel is important to me.

how close it was to the casino

there really isn’t adequate parking if the the hotel is full. i had reservations… all they had was a handicap room… which is fine. but there was no parking in front of the room because I am not handicap. I had to park at the front by the office and walk around the hotel to get to my room. in the ice and snow… which was a huge inconvenience. but other than that it was great

The staff was amazing, and the room was very clean. The pool was fun. I wish it stayed open later.

Under the stairs, I saw what appeared to be something dead. Looked like no one had swept under them in a long time.

The beds and bathroom appeared clean and the beds & pillows were comfortable. The pool was open until it started to thunder & lightning in the area. They did offer breakfast of prepackaged items (muffins, granola bars, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches), coffee & juice & make your own waffles. The area was quite, no problems with street noise or neighbors and the room fan was constant, without the loud cycling on & off to cool the room, which created a nice white noise. We will be traveling through the area again soon & will probably stay here again.

Stayed for one night on 7/31/21. Hotel & room were okay, but seemed a little dated. The carpet seemed a bit dirty (or just worn out) and the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall (which I reported to the clerk at checkout) . The toilet was clogged when we arrived to the room but the maintenance man was very quick to come & take care of it and was very friendly & jovial.

I would have to say the only thing I didn't like was I placed in a room under stairs so I heard everytime someone came up and down the stairs

it was convenient to the Main road, it was clean and easy to check in

No it’s really nothing we didn’t like. The breakfast was nice but was a little cold as far as the eggs go. And perhaps you could add maybe sausage links or patties?
