Loved our room. Was happy to have a kitchen with full size frig. The frig had an ice maker too!! The water pressure in the shower was heavenly too.

My husband's key kept erasing, he got locked out of the building Sunday morning, so he used the phone outside the enterence to call front desk and the lady wouldn't help him out. I mean, she could have asked the name the room was under and confirmed info before opening the door for him.

The Manager, Selena was so perfessional and accomdating. As we all know this is very rare these days. On top of the hotel being perfect this was a special bonus to be greeted with such kindness. You can tell that they really care about the property and their customers. They certainly lead with actions other than words.

Absolutely nothing. I can't believe it but everything/everyone was perfect.

the hotel has a slightly different feel then other newer hotels in the area. It seems to try and provide all the things that would make you comfortable at home. Extended visits would be very comfortable because of these things and it's location.

i got locked out of my room with bags of groceries because of an issue with the door lock. i eventually got into the room but i was frustrated by this issue.

OMG! There was nothing not to like! The staff was so accommodating and friendly! Check-in was fast and easy and staff also made it easy to add one more night! This was the perfect place to spend my Spring Break, perfect "home away from home"! I had all amenities right at my fingertips - Great location, and QUIET, clean space, a gym, a store, FREE laundry, great friendly cleaning staff (they taught me some Arabic!), dishes, working appliances in the my little kitchen, large room and bathroom, plenty of towels, soap (I fell in love with the lotion!), fast Wi-Fi and a oh so comfortable bed! The Sonesta definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you Sonesta!

My service dog was attacked by a long staying residents dog. My dog has a puncture wound inside her mouth. I made the front desk aware immediately. That person didn’t tell management. I again went to the front desk prior to leaving and was introduced to two managers whom still did not know what transpired. My service dog was attacked in your facility. She requires additional training to overcome it which in turns cost me out of pocket, loss of medical equipment, and money for additional training.

I liked the privacy and the amenities provided in the room. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The microwave in my room did not work. I never informed any of the staff of this issue because I didn't need to use it, but it is worth mentioning.

This property was absolutely beautiful. I had never stayed at a Sonesta property before however I will again. all the amenities needed were offered. I mean everything right down to a tea pitcher. Extremely satisfied and will return again.

I wish there was a pool but that was a minor thing

-The first room smelled of smoke, but the front desk was quick to move us to another room and even checked in on us upon arrival to the second room. -The kitchen was decently equipped for two. -Onsite convenience store was handy. -Comfortable bed and sofa -Hotel felt safe -Hotel in a decent location with lots of food nearby

-First room we were given smelled heavily of smoke despite being a “nonsmoking” room -Kitchens not equipped the same (ex. The smoking room had tea but no salt and pepper, the second room had no tea but salt and pepper) -Water pressure in the bathroom is very high

We like a clean room and a welcoming staff and we got that in spades. Spending nights away from our home is not our favorite thing. We felt as comfortable as at home.

The internet access was a problem. To get it, one has to join the Travel Pass. That wouldn't have been an issue except that the information was never sent to my email. Fortunately the staff helped us out with the access.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable bed quiet location.

I would have liked The rooms to be cleaned daily but that was okay.
