The room was clean and the motel was close to downtown Reno. We were able to walk to downtown Reno everyday. The motel staff were friendly. I liked that our room was on the second floor. The value for location and room was great!

It was cold during the night so you needed to turn the heat on in the room. The blankets were not thick enough. We didn't know to turn the heat on during our first night but did that for every other night. We stayed in Reno at the end of March and it was cold even for us Canadians. :)

The location was very convenient, right off the freeway and close to downtown and the venue where I saw a concert. This is also the second nicest Motel 6 I have ever stayed at, being clean inside and out.

The only thing I would complain about is the fact that my payment method was utilized before I arrived and I had a late check-in. That was completely unexpected as I have not experienced this with any other motel/hotel where I have made a reservation.

Pet friendly, cold AC, ice available 24/7, excellent staff, good parking

Pool closed all 8 days, bathroom sink was gross, faucet difficult to turn on/off, the cable and internet service were interrupted at least once daily, there were only a few channels, none of the buttons on the bottom half of the remote worked including YouTube, and Netflix.

I was there for 6 days, and not once did I get room service. I asked for fresh towels on the 3rd day. Nobody came in to clean up after I asked. They said they had me on the schedule. Had this been done, it would have been a perfect score.

The assistant manager is wonderful 👍. Helped out and got me a better price for an extended stay. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and willing to make sure my stay was comfortable.

Nothing really to complain about. Only negative was climbing upstairs.

The room was very clean; and the air conditioning well-cooled the room on the hot days! And, the cable TV was good; a lot of channels I like to see.

When I took one load of luggage out to my car on check-out day, the key-card to re-enter and get the other stuff didn't work. When I had the card-key re-set at the front desk, it didn't work the first time! I had to go back and get it done AGAIN; a real hassle!!

The staff made sure I got a room at the same price that I booked it through you guys

They gave my room away to somebody else before I got there and I even told them I wouldn't be there till about 3:00 a.m.

great staff room was cleaned had one minor issue with shower n told office and fixed it right away would come back anytime

the area was a little rough but not to bad to the point I had to watch out for my self over all stay was great n staff was awesome

Please don’t be afraid of the location. It was safe my vehicle was safe. The rooms were very clean. The management office personnel excellent.

Nothing I just wish they served a little bit of breakfast but other than that amazing

. HhLThe beds need more conforter or blankets something not used to a bed.with just sheets and a blanket wrap thing . And the refrigerator when it turned on made some hellois noise when it turned on. Only thing that drove me nuts was waking up to that every thirty minutes or so Need to replace the fridge very annoying
