Location, wonderful staff - especially outstanding was Ki who was friendly, warm, helpful, efficient & professional! The bathroom was small & tight, but the shower had good water pressure.

The room, #708, was small & dark, & the AC wouldn't stay on. There needs to be another lamp or overhead light. The bed was uncomfortable, esp the one on the right, closer to the bathroom. The right side of the bed sloped to the right & made you feel like you were going to spill out of bed! When I looked over the breakdown on the receipt, i was quite disappointed that I actually paid over $300. then over $400.!, for 2 of the nights! That room should have been no more than $200./ night!

Absolutely loved my stay at Hampton Inn! Manager Brian was awesome! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Highly impressed with his dedication and service. Hampton Inn is lucky to have him! 👍 And, comfy rooms, and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

During our stay at the hotel, we experienced some disappointments. The elevators were slow to arrive, and one was out of service for two days, which was inconvenient. Another concern was the presence of vagrants in the breakfast area, taking food and beverages, which raised security issues. Despite these drawbacks, I believe the hotel has the opportunity to improve these aspects and create a more enjoyable experience for its guests.

The advice I received when booking a room in this area was safety and close to subway and this property meets that. We flew in on a red eye and was so tired but staff allowed me to check in well before check in time. The room was small but that seems to be the norm for NY. It was clean and staff was fantastic! They were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. NY is so different than where I'm from so at times it felt overwhelming to navigate the city. The staff helped me with directions, subway information, and even called around to locate an opened laundry mat after hours. Another thing I really liked was that the room as well as the shared areas of the hotel were so clean. The staff continually cleaned and stocked the items that are available to guests 24 hours a day. I really appreciate every employee of this property as they provided such great service!

I think the breakfast can use a bit more variety, but overall, it was decent.

Great location right by Brooklyn Bridge and walking distance to Nets games and Subway stops. Beds lovely and firm, breakfast very solid given the price, tea and coffee on tap 24/7. Family room pretty decent size for NY, and minimal road noise despite being by major junction. Staff all very friendly.

Some items kept running out at breakfast....got to be quick if you want any fresh fruit!! Also barely enough seating for all breakfast guests so can be a bit of a scrum. Bathroom in room was a bit tired but fine really, and pillows were far too soft for our liking.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the Brooklyn and Manhatten bridges as well as 2 good subway stops. We asked through Booking.com if we could have a room with a view and we had a room with a fantastic view of Manhatten.

Breakfast was fairly basic and served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. For the price I would have expected proper crockery and cutlery which would save waste going to recycling plants or more likely landfill.

Caroline at the front desk was great. This was our first trip to New York. We couldnt get the Uber ap to work. She even tried for us. She even called the cab for us which was great which got us to our event on time. The staff was great and very friendly. Loved the warm breakfast and coffee available too

Unfortunately, lol, the fire station and police department being behind the hotel made for lots of sirens, and woops. But, considering it is the city and a large one at that there's just not much that can be done about that. Lots of traffic honking. It all seemed to settle down around midnight. All in all we were very please with The Hampton Inn and will be using them more often in the future.

Breakfast was plenty and high quality, served from 6 to 10 am. The room is well appointed and adequate size for Brooklyn.

It is located on a very busy corner, Flatbush and Tillary. It felt a bit stressful immediately outside the hotel. It is convenient for guests with cars. Also, I picked hotel as it has a gym on site. However, the HVAC in the gym was broken, so it's like a sauna in there. I asked about it 3 times but it was never fixed. Also, all 3 treadmills were broken. That was the most disappointing aspect of my stay.

Very nice staff, good location for the concert at Barclays center - a 20 minute walk, clean rooms, a bar where you can order some food at a decent price level - perfect if you are tired and want to grab a bite at the hotel, free breakfast, near Brooklyn bridge and the DUMBO area

Really liked this place, crazy traffic outside but can't blame the hotel for that. The breakfast a bit unorganized - people waiting for toasting their bread and making waffles in a small area. I would also prefer a shower which you can hold in your hand (not only a showerhead stuck at the wall).

There was a small issue with our booking but Wes at the front desk quickly resolved it. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had good city views. The first night my son got lost getting back to the hotel and he had also lost his keys and forgot his room number! Wes at the front desk came to the rescue again. He even called my son in his room to make sure he got there safely.

The coffee....but Starbucks was a block away. I thought the free breakfast was sub par but my son enjoyed it. The location is central but not super cute like say staying in Cobble Hill.

We in particularly loved the atmosphere, the quality of the place, and the receptionists' welcoming attitude and behaviour. The room was comfy, clean and neat, bedsheets and towels were clean and pleasantly crispy and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was beyond our wildest expectations: abundant, delicious, and there was a great selection of meals, treats, for example two kinds of pancakes, three kinds of juice, more bakery product than we could try, oatmeal, and wonderful omlettes. The offered fruits were an extra surprise for us.
