I had booked through a 3rd party company “booking.com” and when I got to the hotel my room reservation was cancelled for some reason and I never received an email from the 3rd party company stating the reason why they were cancelling my reservation. The hotel manager went ahead and rebooked my room using the same rate I had originally booked the room with. I almost had a heart attack thinking there would be no availability and I would have no where to stay. The manager made the experience so smooth and quickly got me out of panic mode. She even comped breakfast for my cousin and I. Great experience. I would stay here again for sure.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt valued as a customer even though we were only staying one night.

Not the hotels fault but road repairs started at 4:20am on the road outside the hotel. The beep beep of the reverse warning on the repair vehicle was very piercing and broke our sleep then it would stop only to restart several minutes later. A really broken sleep but as I say not the hotels fault and I'm sure that the room would have been quiet except for this happening. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was big enough for me, the bathroom was clean and bright, cleanliness was good. Adam at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in explaining my bill and helping reserve A car service to pick me up for work.

The destination fee is ridiculous. I’m seeing it more and more - other hotels have included complimentary services such as beach side drink service, or transportation to certain areas. This destination fee has no explanation besides “you can use it as a credit at the restaurant or to buy snacks.” I had no interest in the insanely priced gas station type snacks they had, and I was not interested in eating at their restaurant but yet still had no choice in paying this ridiculous $30 destination fee for no reason.

Property was great, good location, nice amenities.

We were irritated about the mandatory $25.00 charge to be used in the restaurants or store, as we had no plans to eat there and had previous arrangements. Why no just ease the price of the room? We took the room because of the good price and god location but thought the mandatory charge was unfair, bad practice.

they charged a $25.00 “Hospitality fee” per day which can be credited back to your room if you purchase drinks at the bar or food at the restaurant. this not cumulative so you have to use it each day or you lose it. this policy was not explained prior to our arrival

Location is fantastic. Nearby shopping areas. Room size. Extremely comfortable Bed. Room Cleanliness. Bathroom and shower. Common areas.

NOISE FROM THE CORRIDOR. Our room was just after the elevators and very close to the ice machine. You listen the people talks while walking in the corridor and worst than that, while waiting the elevator. As well, it seems that the ice machine is inside your room. Luckily it was just for one night. But next time we will ask for a room far from elevators and the ice machine!!!

Everything was great about the hotel -- location, amenities, the staff. It felt very comfortable and was perfectly located for what we had planned for the weekend. Highly recommend and I will be coming back to the Hilton when I return to Brooklyn in the near future.

Perhaps it is minor but when I booked the hotel I received "this is what you will pay" which is what I expected to pay. When I checked in and gave them my credit card the balance was for more than the "this is what you will pay" info I received.

Receptionist was kind and helpful, Room was very clean and comfortable. Use of the exercise equipment was great.

Our bathroom sink water was not flowing properly but someone came to fix within the hour.

Hotel was kept very clean, giving us a sense of comfort & safety from covid. There were signs throughout the property telling us when certain items had been sanitized last, such as the elevators. The beds were very comfortable & the rooms were sound-proof, so we couldn’t hear other guests, allowing us to get GREAT sleep after long days of moving me into my new apartment. Overall, very happy with our stay & would stay here again.

The location charges an addl. $25/day in fees — like a resort fee — that wasn’t disclosed when I made the reservation. This could be used at the restaurant, which is only open in the mornings for breakfast, or at the grab-n-go snack setup. We enjoyed the snacks, as they added to the “vacation” feel, but would have preferred to know about this fee up front.

Staff were excellent people - all of them. Internet connection was good. Rooms were good. Enormous bath towels were a pleasant surprise.

Two of the three reservations went to the hotel under the wrong names, and it took quite some time to straighten that out. Despite getting texts that early check-in was available, it was not. Parking was overpriced - there's a lot down the street that's cheaper.
