Amazing friendly staff who were super helpful and happy to see you upon arrival. The gym was fantastic and super fun for basketball, volleyball and just taking a ball around. Surprisingly much more enjoyable than a pool. Snacks and iced tea and coffee stations were well stocked.

Aside from a single Q-tip lying on the dresser, it was super clean and we would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

Lots of tables and chairs were in the lobby, as well as some Entertaining toys for kids. Very clean premises. Coffee, tea and other beverages always available in the lobby at no charge.

Squeeze Dispensers for soap, shampoo etc. were hard to use for me. 2 chairs in the room Instead of one would have been more accommodating for two people. Breakfast was not that great. , we expected more for what we had paid for the room.

The hotel in itself is unique, there are foosball tables and other games for guest to enjoy. There was complimentary fruit and water. The hotel was clean and there was even a whiteboard that offered ideas of places to visit while at the hotel.

Breakfast could have been better, there was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. They had cereals, fruit and your basic continental breakfast options.

Breakfast was really good, location as well! Friendly stagf.

Unfortunately our room was a little dirty. The shower had some leftover hair from someone else and our sheets/duvet had some stains on them. Over all it was a great experience. We would come back but the clean part could of been better.

Your breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel for a long time. Your hostess at the breakfast was wonderful and kind. She made you feel welcome. I hope you give her my compliment. She said she was new, like second day on the job. Anyway that made our stay special.

I found the access to your location difficult approaching from the west on hwy5. The address isn't listed by the street in front of the hotel (Hinsdale). Instead it is Township Blvd which is not even close to the hotel. When you come down Township, you cannot turn left to the hotel at Hinsdale. You can only turn right away from the hotel. From there I got lost trying to get back to the hotel.

The staff were very accommodating The room was nice and large for two couples The breakfast was good

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. In fact, the floor was filthy, dusty, and the toilet had not been cleaned.

This hotel is modern, unfussy and SUPER clean. The beds are comfy too. During covid, it was nice to receive a pre-boxed breakfast box so that you didn't have to touch common utensils. The lobby is great for catching up with family and friends, as there are many conversation areas to choose from that are all socially distanced from one another. Excellent stay. We will stay here every time we visit family.

It would have been nice to have the patio set up with tables and chairs during the chilly evenings. The party lights were lit but the patio was empty. We brought our own cozy blankets along but couldn't use the outdoor space. No worries though, the lobby worked out just as well due to social distancing.

Pet friendly. Was nice that they had the breakfast. It was ok. nothing special. the eggs were not hot. The soap and body wash provided was nice. Nice patio to sit out on and area to sit and eat or do work. Free tea and coffee was nice as well.

the elevator was dirty. the water dispenser could be cleaned. The room was really clean. The AC was very noisy and noise coming from bathroom so had to shut door. I think it was noise from another room's AC.

Staff allowed us to have an delayed check-out which we had to use. Very grateful.

The doors of other rooms on the floor banged quite loudly every time they closed. It wasn't the renter faults but the way the door closers were adjusted.

The location was good. Rooms were clean and minimal. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast and dogs are welcome!

there is no coffee maker in the room. the lobby has 24-hour coffee and tea, which is nice, but it would be nice to have had a coffee maker in the room.
