Very stylish property and it felt like you’re staying with your relatives. The room was clean and very spacious. Nice lake view from the window. Such a shame we only stayed for 1 night and had to leave early to catch the ferry, so we missed breakfast. But the hosts were kind enough to prepare food even if it was too early for them (7am) (they usually serve breakfast at 9am). If coming from the train station in Como, it is better to take the ferry.

Considering that this is a villa and we didn’t have a car, we had to drag our big and heavy luggages through the sloped driveway. Had to carry all our stuff using the stairs, it’s more like a house so there’s no elevator. This can be tiresome for the elderly or with disabilities. Would suggest taking a smaller bag instead. Lina was kind enough to help me with our bags.

Beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable appointments (the bed, pillows, and linens were among the best I’ve ever slept on.) Very quiet, with the exception of church bells during the day (which were quiet at night), which did not bother us at all. The hosts were lovely and interesting people, the breakfast tasty, and you can’t beat the view you have with it. Located off the beaten tourist track but close enough to catch a ferry to anywhere (or the hosts can arrange a personal water taxi- though we did not use this during our stay), and plenty of good food and drink spots in walking distance.

Honestly this has been a top tier B&B experience. Nothing to complain of.

Breakfast was good! Rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful with recommendations of places to eat and things to do in the area.We had a great view of lake como. Beautiful area!

We were there for a wedding. The location for getting back in the evening when we went to different places on the ferry was a longer walk for us because the ferries don’t come close enough to we’re we stayed after 7:00. The rest of the wedding guests were about a mile walk from us. The buses don’t run very often and taxis are expensive so we had to walk everywhere. We didn’t mind walking most of the time but sometimes we were on a time crunch.

We loved every moment we spent at Villa Lina and regretted not booking it for the entirety of our trip to Lake Como! It was our favorite part of the trip. The house is so beautifully decorated and well kept. The owners are fantastic, incredibly kind, super easy to talk to and so helpful! The location is amazing, walking distance to the ferry and in a super chill non-touristy area which we appreciated very much! The breakfast was great - super fresh with plenty of delicious options and pastries! I could spend all day talking about this place. A dream!

We had the most pleasant stay at Villa Lina. We could not recommend this wonderful B&B enough. Alessandro and Lina really make you feel at home, they take care of your every need and answer any question with the utmost kindness. The Villa itself and the rooms are beautifully decorated, the interior is marvelous and the hygiene of the whole house is fantastic. It is located on a private property which is shared with another villa, closed of with fence and gate, which gives a really pleasant feeling of privacy and security. Yet you have a fantastic view on Lago di Como from the terrace and from the room. We will most definitely come back! Thank you Alessandro and Lina!

Our stay at Villa Lina was the highlight of our two week adventure in Italy. The Villa is magical. We could not believe we were staying in such a beautiful place which has been lovingly restored and furnished by Lina (who has great taste!). We booked the triple room and had an incredible view of the lake. Our room was also bright, airy, and just so charming. Lina and Alessandro are incredibly warm and welcoming, and make you feel at home. We were only staying for one day/one night so Lina gave us recommendations on the best way to maximize our time so we saw all the best things. We had a lovely homemade breakfast in the morning on the patio, overlooking the lake. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

Where do we start! Absolutely beautiful and stunning house and location. This is a must stay in the area of lake como....we cannot recommend this villa highly enough! Everything and everyone was perfect during our stay. Alessandro Lina and Ingrid were so lovely and kind and helpful...the most perfect hosts! We shed a tear when we left...we took our dog Ted with us and they were so kind and loving towards him...he could run about everywhere and he had plenty of treats! We would highly recommend this villa in lake como and we definitely are coming back!!!

very beautiful villa in the heart of Tremezzo. very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. good transport links. beautiful light rooms with a stunning lake view. Lina and Ale made for wonderful hosts and their kindness was limitless. We went for the boat tour with Ale and he was very informative. Highly reccomend for guests to try this tour out. Lina made a wonderful breakfast each morning with lots of variety and freshly baked pastries - delicious! she was even kind enough to send us home with my favourite biscuits. both of the hosts treated us like dear friends and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Ale was also so helpful when we were having trouble with getting home as he dropped us to the station very last minute. This was by far the best property I have stayed in on holiday - thank you again Villa Lina

The Villa is set in a beautiful location, the views of the lake & mountains are simply stunning. The villa itself is not only immaculate but authentic, we felt we were getting a true Italian experience staying here. Lina & Alessandro are so warm & welcoming, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need not only whilst we were in the villa but Lina helped with restaurant reservations & made recommendations for places to visit. We paid for a boat trip, which I highly recommend, Alessandro’s local knowledge was brilliant, really interesting & made us feel like we were really getting to know the lake and its history. I can honestly say one of the nicest, if not the nicest, places I have every stayed - we did not want to leave! (My photos are of the views from my bathroom & bedroom windows!)
