Exceeded all expectations. Amazing for a 3 star hotel. Spotless, friendly staff. Amazing views of the lake and mountains. Ferry and bus stop across the road. Had the pool to ourselves on many occasions, loads of sun beds to lie on. Amazing location, quieter than other towns around the lake like Bellagio and Varenna but we preferred staying in Tremezzo and doing day trips from there to the other towns. Will definitely be back!!

Breakfast was average and a lot of traffic noise but that’s to be expected as the hotel is along the road

I was disappointed about the restaurant. I had a dinner there, I was expecting to have a good food and wasn't, even on the breakfast. The restaurant need to be cleaned as well, glass on the table was dusting. We are lost on the entrance nobody came properly for to guide us. This is why , on my opinion , the reason which I don't give a better rating for the hotel. Another point is about the external area, even on the winter time should be care for who is enjoying the hotel. I don't mention about the swimming pool, I mean all the area around

Fabulous location, right next to ferry stop to explore other towns and villages on Lake Como, also bus stop right outside. Pool was a welcome place to relax after a day exploring. Lake view room is breathtaking, however be aware it's noisy, overlooking main road so busy all day and night. If you need quiet to sleep, get a room away from road, I struggled on night to sleep due to traffic.

Everything was great until the final night when the ac in our room broke. We couldn't figure out how to fix it, went down to reception and the guy on there was very abrupt and not helpful at all. Very short with me and my husband, basically said nothing they could do, and we had it on wrong setting, even though the maintenance guy didn't know how to fix it either, and it didn't matter what we did to the control panel air wasn't coming out. He was rude, and said should of told us earlier. Said they would find a fan to bring up, but it never materialised, so last night was very hot and uncomfortable.

we were given a lake view room and what a view! I would always pay extra for that view it really is worth it. The location is good as you have cafes and bars within walking distance along with ferry terminal and you are very close to Villa carlotta which is worth a visit and you can take a bus to Lenno were you will find the Villa Barbinello not sure on the spelling! but it is where James Bonds Casino Royale was filmed

everything was great. I will defo be going back as there is so much to see and do there. The hotel is a great base for exploring the area.

Could not speak highly enough of this hotel. We had a fantastic stay. The view from the lakeside room was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them and anything we asked for they were more than happy to help us with. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and is out on a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. A/C in rooms which was a great help in the heat. The pool area was lovely and clean with a decent sized pool. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the ferry pick up point directly across from the hotel and bus service also picking up right outside the door. Ideal location for exploring other areas of the lake by ferry. Plenty of lovely restaurants only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

We had 2 rooms for 4 people. The one, very small thing, was that the shower in the single room was very small. Otherwise nothing to complain about. Before we arrived we read some negative reviews about this hotel but we genuinely couldn't fault it. It was fantastic. I guess some people just like to complain for the sake of it.

The location is perfect, just in front of the lake, which means really a lot, since you don't have to walk far or even uphill (which can be very exhausting during the warm summer) to reach the ferry, restaurants, have a walk along the lake, the villa Carlotta... Also, considering, the hotel is 3 stars only, it had quite a good breakfast with eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit etc, which was surprising for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, my room was quiet, since it was facing a narrow passage of a street without any cars. Also the room had all necessary items, like extra blanket, soap, shower cap etc.

I booked a single room without lake view, since I was traveling for work only and was out of the hotel from the morning to the night, I have chosen the cheapest room. However, it is a bit dark, the windows are not transparent, so you cannot see to the outside. If I was travelling for vacation, I would recommend to book with lake view, if the budget allows, however, it might be noisy, since it is located also at the road. However, for my purpose it was all good enough and I am super happy with my choice and would come back again.

Location is everything! A returning guest of Hotel Bazzoni I always book here, when travelling on business to Tremezzo, also with very convenient ferry connections to Bellagio and Varenna. Ferry stop and bus stop are located right in front of the hotel. reasonable rooms rates for Lake Como and plentiful breakfast included.

I would appreciate if hotel restaurants were serving food past 9pm. Drinks and snacks are still available past this time, but dinner ends really early, leaving a guest hungry after working full day. While hotel provides excellent breakfast and great choice of freshly prepared eggs, omelettes, lots of fruit, I missed having at least a few fresh vegetables like cucumbers or tomatos or green salad leaves.

A very pleasant hotel, view of the lake from the balcony is amazing. Also, an excellent terrace for breakfast with the most beautiful view in Tremezzo. The rooms are small and poorly equipped, but everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. Recommendation: take a room with a lake view on the 4th or 5th floor and ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible.

The elevator squeaks, and you can hear it every time when the doors open in the rooms near the elevator. The walls are very thin, and everything can be heard between the rooms. You can also hear the noise from the street and every passing car, so it's not ideal for people who have trouble sleeping. Bed is uncomfortable and too small for two.

The location. It’s more on the quiet side of Lake Como unlike buzzing Varenna. Its location is perfect because it’s right by the ferry station. Super close to Villa Carlotta too. The hotel is nice & clean & has great service. They have good breakfast too & our balcony views were beautiful!

Nothing that I didn’t like but maybe a small suggestion to have dimmed lights at the bar. It was always super bright even at night. Which was not inviting. I think a dimmed bar would be much more appealing for guests rather than a super bright lit one.
