The facilities are being very well kept, spacious rooms and parking area. Most members of staff were fantastic, very responsive, always with a smile in their face. They did not charge 16 eur for what was a very poor meal, meant to be regional and, in Italy, fresh. Breakfast had a reasonable choice, considering the size of the hotel, bread was soft/long life but seemed fresh. The eating area was pleasant, nice music.

One member of staff/owner decided to talk in Italian in my presence about me to the other staff. I think this was very discourteous, even rude. The point she was making is about the fact the hotel had to admit they do serve meals but the food is not freshly prepared. Essentially having a mixed chicken nuggets type of milanese cottoletta with some rewarmed chips that I had asked and been told were cooked "in the oven" (perhaps microwave oven?)... While counting the cash they had in the till, the lady was arguing with the other manager that the hotel should not refuse to charge the 16 eur for that rewarmed meal.

The hotel was very cozy and well-maintained, it looked even better than in the pictures. We really enjoyed the view of the lake. There’s a beautiful street leading from the hotel to the lake. The staff was very kind and helpful, we’ll definitely be coming back. The price was also great. I think Tremezzo is a great town to stay in to explore Lake Como. It’s beautiful there, and you can get around by boat for a low price.

The room was very clean and tidy, pool was lovely and the food was amazing. Location fantastic, close to everything and just a short walk to the ferry. The staff were particularly good, very professional and good at their jobs, couldn't have been more helpful. One of the classic cars we arrived in had developed a broken pipe and the hotel arranged the repair, shuttled us back and forth to the garage, all fixed within the hour, absolutely amazing, thank you

Nothing not to like

A very relaxing atmosphere with an amazing view overlooking the mountains with lots of birds in the air and amazing people. Mainly because the access to everything was very easy and the food is simply excellent, I have no words. It's really a luxury hotel by the lake and it's perfect for anyone who doesn't have a problem with heights ❤️

I would give up heavy keys .

Nice hotel with beautiful view to the lake. Very good breakfast and polite staff. We were with a toddler and there was a lot of space outside for him to play.

Room was a bit older and you can feel moisture in the bathroom. But overall, the room matches the price.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice view of the lake (unfortately we did not have it from our room, however great view, no opposite). The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the Tremezzo ferry and main restaurants. The way to get there is a bit steep, justified the nice view.

One mattress of the double bed was too soft compared to the other.

Wonderful location, up a short walk from main road so you get views, and completely peaceful. Easy reach to everything, C10 bus stop 5 mins walk down lovely quiet lane, ferry 15 mins walk. Staff superb. Food delicious, great restaurant. Good breakfast included. Immaculate tennis court and big beautiful pool.

The hotel was much better than what we were expecting given the relatively low cost compared to others around it. The room was huge, included a big bed, large shower/bathroom, and A/C, and was much better than the pictures made it out to be. The pool was also beautiful, but what makes this hotel stand out of course is the staff. It's a family-run hotel and you can tell they really put in the extra effort. One staff member spent an entire day trying to book us a cab (there's about 4 in the whole lake of about 5,000 residents, so driving is recommended) and when we slept past breakfast the staff gave us a bunch of food to bring to our room at no cost.

The hotel is a bit high up the hill so bring comfortable shoes or rent a car if you can

The hotel is gorgeous!! It felt too good to be true. we stayed in the rooms with views of the lake and woke up every morning spellbound by the view. all rooms and lobby area were so clean and tidy. the pool was beautiful, very clean and well kept and so lovely and quiet. all the guests were very respectful and very quiet which was lovely. and what a great extra to have a tennis court! I felt the location was perfect as it was a bit of a walk up the hill but it meant you were away from the busy main road and of course meant you had the view. bliss! we will definitely be back :)
