The room is great, it was big and clean, the room view was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly, they helped us from start to finish. The breakfast was full of options and was great. There was a swimming pool but didn't have the time to try it out, but it looked great.

The AC not properly working just like other hotels in Europe for some reason. Location is not bad, but it could've been better, you have to walk a bit to find something open after 7 o'clock. and note very where there crosswalks.(a problem from Italy not the hotel)

Don’t hesitate to book if you’re after friendly service in a boutique feel hotel! :) The rooms are clean, the pool is lovely and the food is nice! Overall such a nice stay with our 10 month old and we would definitely book again with how friendly the staff were towards us. Any issues we had (not issues with the hotel) they were so lovely and would help us arrange taxis, boats and anything we wanted. They even let us stay at their property to use the pool and order food etc up until the following evening after check out due to lack of taxis available on the day of our departure back to Milan. The staff are 10/10 :)

We had a wonderful room with plenty of light, comfortable beds, and ample space for our clothes. The bathroom was good - it was well lit and the shower had fabulous water pressure. The pool was perfect, the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to have a spot to park our rental car. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the on-site restaurant.

The hotel is on the Main Street around Lake Como, so there is a fare amount of traffic noise. However, closed windows block out the sound.

The location although fantastic for views, it is a little out of the way, and you really need a car to get to nearby restaurants and bars.

The location is excellent, an easy walk to Lenno to catch the numerous ferries and an easy walk to Tremezzo for a good choice of restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony was incredible. The road outside is very busy but we weren’t affected by any noise in the room. You do have to walk alongside the busy road but there is only a short stretch that doesn’t have a footpath.

The room is very basic although the bed was very comfortable, the room lacked any character. The breakfast was very basic and the hot selection wasn’t very appealing.

You usually expect the hotels with such a great location and moderately-priced to be below average, and the rating high just because of the location, despite all the negative stuff, but with this hotel that's not the case - it's good as it is. The spacious parking. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Finally, the lake view is really there and it's stunning.

Excellent, very spacious room (we stayed in the corner room, that's perhaps why the size was bigger than standard). Wonderful view on the lake, which can be enjoyed from a small balcony. Lake front, conveniently located, walking distance from the small port to take a boat to other villages on the lake. Garage. Nice breakfast with a surprisingly good choice for 3 star hotel.

The bed was very hard. Pets (we had a very small 4kg dog with us) accepted for additional charge 10 euro.

The hotel is not luxurious but it is clean and practical. Views from rooms facing the lake are exceptional and even if that means facing the road, the windows perfectly block out any noise. The pool is very convenient though it may be small if all guests attend it simultaneously. Breakfast was acceptable and staff was very nice. The hotel's location between Lenno and Tremezzo is exceptional. You have bus access just 10min away and the boat perhaps 15-20min walk away. The town is also very charming if you decide to venture off towards the top.

Having to rent a towel for pool use, even if the price was acceptable. It's psychological, but I prefer a deposit.

High recommend eating out on the front lawn!!

General interiors need updating for a more chic aesthetic - the outside already looks beautiful and elegant, it would be so nice if the interiors were equally the same.
