1) Good location, close to a tram station with frequent service and to a supermarket. 2) Clean room of good size, in good condition. 3) Staff (including cleaning staff) very helpful, give them a raise. 4) Variety in breakfast choices (though reduced during the last days). 5) Nice garden.

1) The bathroom door in the room was semi-transparent - take that into consideration if you are sharing a room. 2) The variety of breakfast selections was reduced during our final days of stay, possibly because they had some organised groups stay. 3) Breakfast was served in different rooms for some days, and for one of these rooms you had to go up a pair of steps, if you wanted to access it from the ground floor. Could be an issue for people on wheelchairs or if you have a pram. Maybe arrangements can be made in this case - enquire with the hotel.

Modern and cozy hotel, clean appartments with very nice and clean barhroom with all the necessities, breakfasts were very tasty. Very comfortable beds and pillows. There were also rollets on the windows, so there was no heat in the room during the sunny days. The location was great, right at the corner of a tram station, so in the city center in 10 mins, or also by walk in cca 30 mins. Also the surrounding was calm and we felt safe there even in the evening. We actually booked one more night here, in the end, so I would really highly recommend :)

Very clean and functional room with a comfortable bedding and adjustable AC. The breakfast was nice although occasionally overcrowded by the tourist groups. Very close to the Santa Maria Novella station with tram. Convenient check out time.

There were moments where both pressure and warm water would be lost from the shower. Lifts are small and excessively used during the morning hours so if possible, use stairs. On the day of the check out I was twice asked by the service people if I was going to leave soon, although it was well before the scheduled check out time.

Room was clean, nice and comfortable. Tram station 50 meters- tram drives close to city center. Parking place is close to hotel - not hotel parking (still full) - end of the street (final station of tram)

Noise from other rooms, no parking place- it's not possible to reserve parking place.

Easy to find. Parking spot out front to help in bag drop off and check in. Close to tram stations that provided easy access to downtown Florence. Great breakfast. Comfortable quiet room. Glad it wasn't too hot since AC / fan didn't work very well.

Parking is covered garage beneath the hotel... lots of one way streets to get from drop off baggage spot in front to parking entrance. Parking garage has a few tight corners so glad that I had a small vehicle; however, very nice that it was free parking.

The room was lovely - they only had a triple left to book and it was very comfortable. The staff were nice about storing our bicycles and the hotel was easy to find. We found a nice restaurant just across the street and it was simple to catch a tram from a short walk away.

The breakfast was a little limited.

Location. Easy access to Tram. Easy 20 minute ride to Duomo area. Free parking. Staff super helpful. Comfie bed and pillows - firm but with a little give.

Get the address for parking garage. Without it you will be driving around on one way streets, looking for what seems like an easy drive around the corner. Parking is tight. There are pillars dividing each space. Wifi is glitchy.

Hotel Raffaello in Firenze gives good value for money, it is comfortable 4-star hotel. It isn't placed in the very downtown, but you don't risk driving through the ZTL zone (traffic limited zone). There is tramway stop 4 minutes from the hotel and it takes ca 12 minutes to get to the downtown. The room was very clean, bathroom was spacy enough. We also used the garage, it was spacious enough also for our SUV car. The aircondition isn't controlled centrally, but from the room and you also can open the window :-)

We lacked guest information in our room so it took us a while to figure out how to control the air conditioning. This is not a complain, but a feature of accommodation in the city - there is a tramway line near the hotel, so you can hear it if you leave the window open.

There is an underground parking in the hotel - it was almost empty when we arrived. The parking space is a bit narrow, but it shouldn't be a problem for any driver to fit in :) There is a central air conditioning in the hotel - you can set the desired temperature in the room, and it really works. The stuff on the registration point is very friendly and answered many of our questions.

When we were booking the room, it was written that the price includes all the local taxes and additional payments. Unfortunately, when we were leaving the hotel, we had to pay the local taxes (3.50 or 4.50 per person - required by the city). That's still something to check with the booking.com support though.

Comfortable hotel, corporate in appearance in a safe area. Well connected to the city centre (catch the T1 tram just five minutes down the road which takes you to Santa Maria Novella station). Easy check-in process. The bedroom was big enough and I was impressed by the bathroom facilities. Everything was clean (although the carpet looked warn and had some stains). Overall good value for money. Oh, and don't forget you have to pay a city tax on top of your booking fee!
