We arrived at the facility early, and the staff was helpful and let us settle before the checkin time as the room is ready. I could smell the bleaching odour as it had just cleaned, which makes me feel comfortable about staying in a sparklingly clean room 🙏 The tram stop is right opposite the hotel, and the public transportation is pretty punctual and frequent.

I liked the staff - the lady in reception is wonderful!!!! she showed us the city (and gave us the map), she always willed to help (with coffee and our problems). the breakfast was nice, just enough. The rooms were very clean, ours was spacious and nice. The area is close to the tram station and 20 mins of walk from the city center. It was enough for our stay :) The price is just fair for what you get

we were scared at first because our room included gas water heating, which can be dangerous so we wanted to change the room (we’ve never seen that before in hotel rooms). the lady was very nice but couldn’t change the rooms because the place was full but she assured us it’s gonna be okay and she came several times to ask whether it’s fine and we managed to finish our stay calmly.

Location was perfect close to the tram and the staff was really friendly and understanding, they even lent us an adaptor as ours wasn't appropriate for Italian sockets. The room was big enough for us three and completely blackened perfect for people who are quite sensitive to the light.

Maybe the lack of lift could be highlighted in the description 😏

Great staff, very nice and helpful, convenient location, close to tram and bus stops, and supermarkets, nice and quiet neighborhood.

I did not check when I booked if there was an elevator, and did not ask for a lower floor. It was a bad surprise to see there wasn’t and we were on the 3rd flloor with 5 heavy pieces of luggage. But it was my mistake to assume, since we were in Italy and not every building has it.

clean, friendly, great location, couple of good breakfast places nearby .

no elevator, very small shower, no window in the room unless the door to walk-in closet is open. could not get the AC turned on as there was no remote anywhere. I’m sure they had it, but we got to the hotel after dinner very late, reception was closed. parking was tough, just to find a parking machine was a hassle. No parking up to speak of.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center but it is near bus 20 and Tram 1 that lead directly to the center and the main train station (SMN) in less than 20 mins. The room is big, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

My room had 2 big windows leading to a balcony which was a bit scary at first since anyone can fit through the windows but when I saw the people who gathered on the balcony I was reassured (seemed like a family, friends gathering area).

Hotel Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast for an affordable amount. Coffee machines. And accessible to the tram/streetcar

A bit further from the city centre by walking, but if you use public transit it is accessible

The room is more than enough if you are in Firenze for 3-4 days.the bathroom was nice and big and what's the most important thing is that everything was very clean. There is tram station in just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. With the tram you can easily reach to the city centre and all the main touristic attractions. The staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!!!

Great location outside historic centre, but in a nice neighborhood with a lot of small shops, cafés and just a minute from the main Tram line T1. Took like 10-15min to ride the tram to Santa Maria Nouvella.
