The only downside to this place is that the bathroom lacks soundproofing, so you can hear the sound of the toilet flushing in the adjacent room. However, everything else about the place is great!

Super close to the train station! The area seemed a little sketchy at night but we didn’t have any problems and it’s fine during the day! It’s pretty close to almost anything although by the time you leave Europe, a 25 minute walk is nbd. The room was functional for everything we needed and they let us store our luggage

The outlets were pretty iffy for charging things. I had a European power strip and I couldn’t put more than two things on it before it would turn off The person who cleans the rooms put my pajamas in the bidet (?????) when I had left them under the bathroom sink to keep them out of the way and not getting wet. We didn’t use it but I know someone has so that was pretty gnarly.

A wonderful stay very close to the main train station and within walking distance to all the tourist sights. Area could seem a little sketchy, but we had no problems. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a quadruple room and it was relatively spacious. The breakfast was typical European/continental and had plenty of options. The hosts were happy to store our luggage until our train left in the afternoon. :)

Lift does not service the first floor so be aware you need to carry suitcases up to reception. (the lovely hostess insisted on helping)

Easy to find & get to. The Tram from airport stops right close to location. The central train station is 200m away. Handy to all sites. The staff are excellent & very helpful in all aspects. Just ask & they will help with advice & service.

One must enter accommodation via large door ( no problems)press the appropriate button to accommodation on the brass address plate to ask( later you will get a key) . The reception is up a couple of flights of stairs & then press a button to get reception ( later you will be given a key code) but initially - if one didn't know one might be confused. This may help you find/enter the accommodation initially.

the proximity to the train station was a huge plus when dragging bags everywhere. The staff was always so welcoming, huge smile on their face and willing to do whatever you needed. We asked for a wine bottle opener, they provided. I couldn’t figure out the air conditioner (it helps to read the directions they so kindly provide in big letters right above the air conditioner, this was a ME problem) but they still offered to have a fan for us which in the end we did not need. The smile on the faces of whoever was sitting behind the desk made this stay worth it.

Roberto at check in was so nice and helpful. Some of the other staff were very short with us and had a lack of explaining when discussing b&b procedures. Room was big and our family of 4 had enough space. Really close walk to city center and train line. Would recommend for location.

Excellent location, close to the train station and the center of the city. Very helpful staf. Great value for money.

Host was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the main train station- which can be a little noisy but our room faced into a courtyard. We only heard the occasional street car

It was hard to be comfortable in the heat; I think the air conditioning coped well for its age (and guests are rightly discouraged to have it too powerful) but it was hard for a fair-skinned British family in August.

Good location, very near to central train station. Fantastic staff. Make you feel like at home. Room is cleaned every single day. Just like hotel!

It would be better if there is a lamp on the desk.
