Location: almost opposite to Firenze Santa Maria Novella Tram and Train Station. Tram runs just opposite Hotel and is Located between Rivolli and SMN tram station. Check in : Mr. Luca made us Comfortable & in 10 mints gave us room at 11 am, without asking to wait for Check in time which is 2Pm. The room was clean and with all amenities in it like Fridge, Microwave, Basic Utensils, electric Hot Plates, Sink, Wardrobe with Locker. Breakfast: Good spread, but limited choice for Vegetarians and absence of India Dishes. Can't complain as we were only Indians in the hotel and can't expect Indian dishes but there are Fruits, Cereals, Milk, Coffee, Bread Butter, varieties of Croissant, Chess and Tomato Pizzas, Fresh Jucies, Vegetable Pulav with Beans curry etc. Special Thanks To RONALD H for preparing Multibread Chesse and Tomato Sandwichs for us as take away everyday. The hotel is really conveniently placed. It's virtually across the street from the train station and it's also close to the bus stops. Every major museum and attraction was within a 30 minute walk. The room was large and very clean. I had a water leak in my room and they moved me to an upgraded room for free and also gave me a complimentary glass of wine for the trouble. The breakfast spread was incredible, with so many types of food. The staff was wonderful, especially Ronald, who went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasurable one. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Florence.

The room was excellent, more luxurious than we expected for a 3-star hotel. The bed was king size and gave us plenty of room. I was overjoyed to find we had a bath as well as we did not have a bath anywhere else in Italy - I used the bath every night. The breakfast was also exceptional, and we could help ourselves to unlimited food. The reception was also fantastic and professional. It was also very close to the station.

Nothing really, except the sign for the hotel entrance appeared to be in the wrong place and we missed the entrance when we first arrived. However the street number was clearly displayed.

Location - close to station, easy to find. Short walk (15 minutes) to Cathedral. Breakfast - varied, good options, busy first thing. Room - comfy beds, clean. Staff excellent - reception sorted one room when initially hadn't been set up with twin beds. Breakfast tables cleared quickly. Rooms well cleaned, and promptly sorted each morning.

Room - bathrooms, while clean, were dated and could use re-decoration. Location - while excellently sited, hotel is on a main road, next to trams that start operating at 5am. Also, bins emptied across the road at 3am. Cost - more than we had paid elsewhere, but probably due to being in Florence.

The front desk was very, very helpful and checked us in a bit earlier than I expected. He was very kind to us and very kind to the guest checking in. He spoke great English and a bit Korean, I noticed. My wife is Korean, and many of the guests were also Korean who were checking in. I thank you, kind Sir, for your help to us that day. I am sorry I do not have his name. But thank you. The room was good size, very comfortable BED & PILLOW and clean. Big bathroom a plus. Right across from the train station, which I wanted, maybe a 4-minute walk. Also there is a train right there to take to the airport, only about 20 minutes, it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was MASSIVE because the hotel staff gave us an upgrade. Granted the bathroom was not that big but the bedroom was the equivalent of 2 regular rooms. The hotel is very close to the Dome and a decent walk to Uffizi, Academia, and Ponte Vecchio. As for breakfast, there was plenty of good food and good coffee. But the best part is the staff who were all very, very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely will stay here again!

Breakfast is superb ; full of variety and taste good, clean, good service. The room also bigger than other hotels in our trip. Also there is small pantry in the room which we didn't expect. Location is great. We can walk from the hotel around the city. Ther are many convenience stores nearby, also chinese restaurants.

The hotel looks a bit old. Since our rooms are on the mezanine floor, we can hear tram, car and train running on the streets. Nevertheless, the sound is not that loud and we can sleep anyway. Heaters are not functioned but the hotel use air conditioning instead.

The location was right next to the train station and the guy at reception stored my bag for me after check out so I could go and explore before my train. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and big. I would recommend.

During certain points at the day, about 50-100m away people congregated and it was hard to walk past and could be intimidating. Not that the hotel staff could have done anything but worth mentioning.

A Hotel very close to Sta.Maria Novella station. clean rooms.breakfast is great with lots of choices. everyday cleaning service. friendly staffs. Kevin,Jayson and Ronald are very helpfull respectively with their task. Tram direct to the airport is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel to the station Alamanni Stazione and you will reach Florence airport in just 20mins. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay again here if I go back to Florence in the future.

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast (except for the one broken coffee maker), very nice bathroom and shower.

Noisiest hotel room ever - Room 108 over the street was really noisy. I couldn't close the windows to keep the noise outside. Also, I couldn't close the window blinds all the way, so the street lights kept me awake at night.
