We got upgraded to a very comfy and good looking room. It had balcony although useless because of the cold weather in December. We got on request tea pot for two every evening. The location nearby the main train station SMN isn't as bad as it sounds, actually it is relatively safe and very near to old Town. My room had inner yard view so it was quite quiet

Poor choice at the breakfast with the sad addition that due to the high demand one couldn't even enjoy the existing choices because always somethin/s were missing mainly the eggs and the bacon. Tables were left unattended and dirty so we often had to sit at a used table with the previously used dishes and crumbs around, having to take unused forks and knives and napkins from other tables. It ruined for us the good impression that we had at arrival and in the first morning.

Great location close to the center and only a five-minute-walk from the railway station; the rooms were very comfortable, we had a room looking onto the internal courtyard so it was very silent and relaxing; furthermore, the hotel has a very nice garden where we enjoyed a nice aperitivo in the shadow of the trees; very nice and friendly staff, nice breakfast; we very much enjoyed our stay at hotel Londra

Everything was perfect

Friendly premier receptionist. The bed is comfortable. The TV is big. The balcony is large, only there is no table and chairs. There is a refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and good bath. Purely. There is a sauna in the hotel for free. Breakfast is good. 7 minutes from the station. Good transport interchange.

It is a pity that there was no kettle or coffee machine, but this is a four-star hotel.

Around 5 minutes from the train station. Got a huge room with a beautiful balcony with amazing views. The breakfast was also quite good. The staff was very friendly. Early check-in was no problem, check out also very fast.

The double bed (at least 1.6m) was made of two smaller beds, so not so comfortable in the middle...The hot water supply was small, difficult to take a shower esp. for long-haired girls.

Good location and fairly well maintained place

Breakfast was a disaster - on Sunday I did not get much coming at 9.30. Concussion what table has been cleaned, where to sit, how to get juice, all empty plates mostly - did not take it the next day. Had to ask multiple times to get coffee … in Italy !

Great price. Good location and free parking. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

They needed to have fans available as the room got quite warm. When I called down to the front to ask, they said they didn't have any fans, and I should open the window. That would have been fine, but we were on the side with the tram, so it was loud WITHOUT the windows open.

Right beside train station but a little big long of walk in heat to centre of Florence. Not very far just a little long to walk back for lunch or siesta. Front of hotel not appealing but lovely inside.

Location is in walking distance to old town ,great .include parking best ever , Breakfast was good and plenty for us perfect place if you arrive with a Car .Stuff friendly and helpful .nothing to complain

Nicely modernised hotel in a fabulous location, close to all the main sights in the centre of Florence. The staff were excellent, particularly Daniele who was so incredibly customer focused, made our stay all the more enjoyable
