The hotel is located in a great location. Close to the railway. There are cafes around. Access to the hotel is easy. The cleanliness and the staff were very good. I will come back to this hotel again Thanks!

What I did not like: the heating system did not work. But there was hot water. I used conditioner. But it would be better if there was a heating system. Because my bed is not made of wood. The advantage is that it is in a great location. It is cleaned every day. There is a kettle in the room.

Comfortable room furnished with everything a traveler could need: towels, fridge, hot water kettle and instant coffee, clothes iron, hair dryer, city map, comfortable bed, and decent shower. There was even a multi-plug, multi-voltage adapter in the bathroom. I was impressed with how quiet my room was (second floor, back of the building), given the central location. It was basically across the street from the airport tram, and it was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go in Florence. The building is secure but easy to access. And, luggage storage after my stay was no problem. The staff was quite friendly, although don't expect to see them on site at all hours. I'd definitely come back here on a future trip to Florence!

The hotel doesn't serve breakfast anymore. There were very few extras: no alarm clock in the room, no art on the walls, no window screens, no water bottle provided at check in. And, it may be a bit of a chase between the staff and you to make sure your passport information and payment are taken care of, depending on if they are present when you arrive.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent as it's so close to the centre of Florence and handy for buses and trams. We had everything we needed and the staff made sure the room was serviced every day. The air con was a welcome relief from the heat! Arrangements for getting access to the building were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of amenities nearby.

The bathroom was in need of a bit of renovation and not as clean as we would have liked, although it had everything we needed. And the bed was a wee bit hard for our taste.

The hotel has an excelent location, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel so you can go to many places from the hotel and hop-off in front of the hotel. Also the train station/tram is just crossing the street. The staff was great and helpfull. Room was great as well.

The hotel was great except that the WiFi was failing sometimes. Everything was great, I would stay again here, no question, regardless of the WiFi issues. Hopefully they will take a look after this review.

Everything was good. Check-in was done a day Iater after our one nite stay due reception was not 24hrs. I was served by Robert during check-in n everything was smooth. During check-out was served by Marco. Room was huge, clean and with aircon! 😊 Valued for money!

There was no lift and our room was at 3rd floor! Was struggling with my husband who had a slip-disc but thank god he was ok! 😊 during checked out Marco assist us with bringing down the baggage! Thank you Marco.

I was treated like a celebrity. The two hosts Freddie and Marco were amazing. I hope I have got Freddie's name correctly. He is very welcoming he always welcome you with a beautiful smile. Nothing is too big for them. Marco gave me a charger for my mobile phone. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast is continental. Everything is laid out so beautifully. There's plenty to choose.. It's close to the station and the shops. Plenty of beautiful churches around the area. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who's going to Florence.

Most hotels when you placed towels in the floor, it’s automatically must be replaced. I placed dirty towels on the floor so that it will get replaced with fresh towels but no , it was hung back at our bathroom ! It’s unsanitary! Fortunately, the linen cabinet is open and got fresh towels!

The hotel is just 3 minutes from the main railway station and 1 minute from the airport tram. Our room was on the ground floor so no steps apart from the grand entrance ones and was at the back of the hotel so no sound from the local traffic outside. the hotel room has a small fridge and a safe.

The air conditioner was okay but at times it was hit and miss if it was cold or freezing

Great location, we are traveling by trains, so this was perfect. Not long walk to the trainstation or to the city central. The breakfast vas very good. We will highly recommend this hotel.

We had great room, top floor, walking the stairs was not any problem. The internet sometimes slow…but where in Italy are high speed internet! 🤣

Perfect location for sightseeing, train station and airport. I arrived by train and the station is a few minutes away. When I left for the airport, the tram was two minutes away (very frequent service) and got me to the airport in 12 minutes. All major attractions are a short walk away

A minor glitch - the toilet and shower in the room next door were quite audible but that may have just been my room
