I can't say anything except it's perfect. Very Very clean Close to the metro Nice breakfast Very friendly people, I liked the florence map and how guided us to the best locations with clear directions. Thanks guys, I'll highly recommend

Not staying one more night 😀

The staff are amazing. So hospitable and friendly and they provide so many amenities. Food, tea, coffee available all the time, plus great breakfasts. They just couldn’t be more helpful. Location was excellent -  so close to SMN train station and Metro to airport and walking distance to all the key sites in Florence .

The room and bathroom is quite small and may not suit people who really need some space, but overall we felt that the beautiful decor and the great service more than made up for it.

Everything is new and SUPER clean The staff is very very very polite The breakfast options were adequate and great - both savoury and sweet Liked the fact that the room has soundproof toilet door - quite rare to find! The location is very good, next to the train station and a 10min walk from Duomo, close to all attractions but away from the hustle

Everything was great! The only thing that was quite problematic was the noise from the tram. If you are a light sleeper you might have an issue. The glazing though is double so it is not that bad

the location was perfect central to the train station and taxi . The Bed and Breakfast was easy to fine and very close to restaurants, pizza, laundry and coffee shops . The entrance does not due justice to the beauty and elegance of the rooms and breakfast area. The host was fantastic and offered insight to local Restaurants  and attractions. included in our stay was unconditionally the best Italian breakfast we have had in all our travels. we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was perfect in B&B La Nannina from location, staff and cleanliness everything was over our expectations. Especially the owners were very friendly and kind and supportive. Breakfast was also amazing with a lot of sweet and salty options. It was easy to access by walk to main attractions. I would definitely recommend here to stay if you come to Firenze. Grazie mille La Nannina!

Nothing, everything was perfect :)

The hosts were amazing, always up for a chat and really helpful. Breakfast was nice and simple, a great way to start the day. The room itself is very spacious and cosy. This B&B is walking distance from all major attractions in Florence and very close to Santa Maria Novella Station, which is great if you're coming by train.

Nothing in the control of the hosts but being next to a tram line can be a bit noisy for but nothing that bothered me personally.

We liked everything except the location . The owners are amazingly nice. The satisfaction of their customers is their priority. The decoration is nice . Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good.

The location (train station area) was too busy for us. Even if you don’t hear much the traffic outside when you are inside the Nannima, it may be difficult for people who are sensitive to the noise .

Everything was perfect. Snacks and drinks freely available all day long. Very clean too. Fresh towels daily.

While served breakfast is available at 8:30 am, guests can do service breakfast anytime earlier. Warm and crispy croissant was the best to start the day. Wish that croissants were also made available to warm for ourselves in the oven should we have breakfast earlier. Will make it a point to stay here again. Will give it 6 stars if it is possible.

A stone’s throw away from Firenze S.M.N train station, easy to find since a personal message was sent to us with the directions upon booking. We got to the place slightly earlier and the staff gladly welcomed us and offered us a beverage. Clear instructions were given on how to access the building and the B&B while we were enjoying our coffee. It almost felt like we were chilling at a cafe more than waiting for our room to be ready. The room was exactly as the pictures described. A clean room with fresh crisp sheets. It was a comfortable mattress. The morning breakfast was delicious with all the home baked goods All in all , this place is a rare find and would definitely book my stay here the next time I visit Firenze.

The Host is super! He is very helpful and always with a smile on his face. We felt really at home and welcome. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting florence. Very close to train station but the rooms are quite!
