clean , central,great decor and great appointment locally. rooms were a little tight for an executive room but very well appointed ,lovely fresh linen and comfortable mattresses.great breakfast in beautiful room very efficient and friendly staff.

noisy in corridors at night with people returning to rooms.Steps down to room challenging for Persons with physical or visual impairment.breakfast is extra although fantastic not to be missed for 18 euro a person.All staff are the Best,very friendly and helpful and efficient.

Location is perfect ten minutes from the end of the tram line and with so much to see and do within a ten minutes walk from the hotel. It is not cheap, but we chose a holiday weekend so not surprised! Staff very helpful recommending restaurants and trips. We love Florence and will return and will will stay here again.

Room opened onto the main street but we did not mind the noise; room was a little small for five nights but we managed. Facilities in the bedroom and bathroom were excellent and bed very comfortable.

Attention to detail. Sergio remembered that we wanted our water refilled. Storage of luggage and call of cab were done quickly and expeditiously We ate at the second restaurant and felt that the waiters were were very attentive. I had a bit of a cough and they offered to make hot lemon ginger & honey for me. Breakfast was very good. I loved the decor blending modern with old to give a warm but elegant Feel. Just perfect.

Beautiful hotel with 2 incredible restaurants, one of which is 2 Micheline star. The staff was top notch and booked several dinner reservations as well as airport transport for us. The room was absolutely stunning...goregous design, beautiful views and immaculate. Plus, the room had exceptional air conditioning, which was so nice considering that the outdoor temps were in the 100 degrees F. The location is excellent too, steps away from the Duomo! I can't say enough good things about this hotel...it exceeded our expectations and we will be staying here every time we come back to Florence.

The bed and the pillows could have been a little softer but we still slept great.

Excellent, central location. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The bar is a nice spot to relax and have a bellini! The rooms are squeaky clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back!

The layout of the stairs and elevators within the hotel is a little weird and can be a little tricky at first. If you can spring for the larger room, we found our room to be a bit cramped with 2 people and luggage.

We had a marvelous stay in the fantastic Hotel Brunelleschi just blocks from the amazing Duomo in the heart of Renaissance Florence. The staff was simply amazing, and they were able to accommodate us after the AC hotel abruptly cancelled our reservation. The rooms are spotless, the service impeccable and the breakfast outstanding. Despite its location the room was incredibly quiet after 10 PM when the Duomo bell stopped ringing for the night.

The room was very expensive but we booked it only two hours before arriving and our room was ready shortly after noon when we arrived so I will give the hotel a pass and commend them for having a room ready

Honestly, what great things can't I say about this hotel?? Location, amazing! Staff, amazing! History, amazing! Breakfast, amazing! Our suite, freaking amazing! Our pillow cases had our initials embroidered into them! This is the only place we will stay everything we visit Florence!

The lights in our suite were kind of a hassle to deal with bc the key needs to stay in the slot for the outlets to remain on. And the fragrance in the hallways were a bit strong.

I liked that it was a very high end establishment with eclectic interiors incorporating the building’s historic qualities with a modern mix juxtaposed. see photo: glass staircase with gold leaf mirrors. the bed is lux as are the amenities in the room. the front desk staff was excellent and staying in the City Center was an imperative for me. I highly recommend

The breakfast was offered with enough options that you didn’t have to eat the same food every morning. Although our room was on an upper floor, our windows allowed limited sunshine, due to the closeness of other surrounding buildings.

Would be helpful to add more drawer space for people vacationing more than 1 week.

Brunelleschi hotel is situated in a perfect location, it’s right in the heart of Florence but as soon as you close the windows it’s complete silence, meaning a great night sleep. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable with a lovely comfort bed.

The only downsides are that the rooms have see-through doors to the bathroom which isn’t particularly romantic!!!! - and ever so slightly on the small side in the classic double.
