The property was close to everything. Five minute walk to the leather market, 15 steps to the Domo, so close to restaurants. I’m a solo woman traveling alone I felt safe and secure. The hotel staff is so very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

I don’t have anything to improve on for the hotel it’s a 2/3 star hotel. You can pre-pay and get breakfast or you can pre-pay but still get your free coffee or cappuccino every day. I think it’s a great hotel for the price and for being so close to everything

Ok, this isn’t the Ritz! But it is an amazing hotel in the heart of Florence! The location is amazing, the staff super helpful and accommodating, the rooms are traditional and a little basic, bed side tables, dresser, TV (with pretty good channels) a wardrobe and a chair all very traditional but SO CLEAN! I don’t ever write reviews but honestly this little gem in the middle of Florence is excellent and so worth it! I’ll definitely stay again in the future! Thank you for the excellent stay!

the location was amazing, the staff was exceptional and the room was big.

the light in the room made it seem a little depresing and if you open the windows for more light there is a lot of noice, but nothing that would not make me stay there again.

location was fantastic- could see the Duomo from our window. The room was clean, relatively large and quite comfortable.

The room was a bit sparse, not enough room to unpack all your clothes.

Was able to get a room in the Hotel Constanti last minute after booking a terrible hotel in Florence, the staff were very welcoming, the rooms are lovely, coffee freely available, everything was spotlessly clean, a great stay.

It was awesome!! Great location, so I could take a break in my hotel room a couple of times a day instead of spending extra euros in cafes. Andrea and Giulia were very responsive and friendly, ready to help and agile. The room was spacial, great sunshine coming in, clean. I loved the stay! By the way, the hotel’s coffee machine is great - serves you very good coffee.

My room was facing the main street, so sometimes it was noisy at night. Some drunk tourists running, shouting and screaming on the street in the middle of the night and I could hear them all. In the early morning, city cleaning truck was sweeping the street and I could hear that too.

Great location in central Florence, we walked all over. Beautiful city and friendly people. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The hotel was nice and quiet so we had peaceful nights, there was a/c of a sort in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful for a tour to Siena and they answered enquiries helpfully. Less expensive dining options North of the Duomo were a short walk away. Walk to Piazzale Michelangelo with hundreds of other people to watch the sunset. Good deal for location and cost of room.

Beds were foam mattresses and small twins, I did not like them as I found them hot in hot weather. Breakfast at the restaurant was expensive (even with a discount) and not really what we wanted. Finding a breakfast option we liked was a challenge.

Loved this small hotel. We were greeted with a very friendly and helpful reception. We set up Whats App to be able to communicate, Julia also helped us find some good places to eat. We were led to our room and shown how the touchless key worked. She made sure all was okay before leaving us to get settled in. On the table was a bottle of a lovely fizzy sweet wine and two glasses. There was a large wardrobe in the room, as well as two windows, air conditioning, bedside tables with nearby outlets and a very comfy bed. We opted not to have housekeeping come in during our stay, although a daily room clean is an option. The windows opened to a "city view" on the opposite side from the Duomo, but it was fun to just people watch from the window. The bathroom and shower were spacious and all was spotless. Although this is in a very busy and touristy part of the city, I didn't feel the noise was excessive at all. We found some lovely places to eat within a short walk. Being so close to the Piazza with Giotto's Bell Tower was delightful, and I'm missing the bells we'd hear in Italy at this point. The staff was amazing and so helpful and kind. To find such a gem in this area without having to "break the bank" was a blessing for sure. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely nothing.

The location is perfect. Is right next to the Santa Maria Duomo. We had a 3 person room and had view to the street which was lovely, street noise was minimun on weekday, hot water was great, good water pressure, small shower for tall persons, there was a big window in the bathroom but it didn't bother us since it had blackout layer. Room was clean, smelled nice, the lift was a plus for the luggage, you can put your luggage in the lift and meet it upstairs. Smooth check-in process, fast communication through whatsapp and beds were Comfty enough, beds in Europe are slightly harder than in United States, but nothing too bad.

From.the train station its about a 10 min walk made easy with Google maps. When you see the Duomo you are there the hotel is truly situated at the attractions. It's a convenient clean hotel large room, helpful staff good comms by WhatsApp. Perfect for a dropnin visit to Florence.
