The location of the hotel is amazing! Next to all the touristic places in Florence. Definitely worth it as it is walking distance to everything. It included also a discount for the parking inside the controlled area in case you are arriving by car. Breakfast was okay and the bed was comfortable.

Old hotel and not renovated,bathroom was small and the shower was not build well as the water was still leaking outside even after closing the door of the bathtub. Air-condition wasn't through a control panel for the temperature so it was either too cold or just switched off completely.

Hotel Albergo is in a perfect location. It's very close to the Duomo and other central sites in Florence. Our room was comfortable and had ample space. There was a free breakfast offered but we were not able to utilize it as we left early every morning we were there. The staff was very helpful in securing our taxis and dinner reservations. We had a very enjoyable stay.

My only slight complaint is I wish the bathroom had more storage room in the quadruple room. There were 4 of us but had hardly any place to set our toiletries. That would be the only thing.

The best part of this place was the location. Staff is very eager and helpful, they really do their job well. Rooms were neat, clean and AC was working well. Any concerns raised was immediately addressed. Breakfast was fine.

As we do not eat pork or beef we felt lack of chicken as an option in meat or even scrambled eggs at the breakfast. We realise this is more a habit of place then this hotel. We also had to ask for scrambled eggs and did not know those were available too just not put on the breakfast spread.

Really really good location .... a stones throw from the Duomo. Good breakfast with great adherence to covid regulations. A couple of very friendly bars/delis on the doorstep.

Purely a matter of personal taste but I found the decor a bit dark in the bedroom. Courtyard view waa also uninspiring but I guess this is the compromise for location and price. Would definitely come again so I think that says it all.

All reception staff was outstanding, especially Diego. He was so caring and informative and helped us kindly with places to go in Florence. The staff is a big reason we want to stay again.

The first room we were given had a broken toilet seat and bathroom door handle. The establishment was very kind in fixing these but the shower was very difficult for us (older people) to step into. The front desk arranged for another room with a step-in shower, and everything was fine. REALLY kind management.

This hotel was exactly as we expected, nothing super fancy but most definitely very clean, in a great location, with good sized rooms, quiet and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was great. The lady who was serving in the breakfast area each morning was incredibly friendly and helpful and really made the place feel very welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for us, within a fair walk from the central station, but very close by to a lot of the attractions of central Florence. If you're looking for something neat, clean, safe, comfortable and in a great location but don't need it to be 5 stars, then I'd highly recommend it.

You know how sometimes you'll see great pics and then arrive to a place that is smaller and feels cheaper? This is almost the exact opposite: somehow pics don't make it justice how comfy there rooms are. WiFi is amazing and the location is the main draw: in the heart of Florence, you can go anywhere by walking. If I get to return to this amazing city, I'm sure I look up is there's availability here first!

Nothing really, it was all really good, from staff to breakfast to bathrooms and cleanliness.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now with a group of university students for a course trip. It is a wonderful boutique hotel with clean facilities. The beds are comfortable and breakfast the best we have on the trip. The location is nearly unbeatable on a quiet street three minutes from the Duomo. There is a courtyard with a good restaurant, an authentic gelato shop across the street, and a juice bar out the door. We love this place.

The location was perfect! Close to the museums and Duomo and easy to shop, walk along the river, and eat. It was very quiet around the hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with pastries, cereals, croissants, meats and cheeses, and even eggs and bacon if ordered. Beds

Parking was a 7-10 walk and charged by the hour. 35 euros for 24 hours. It was in a convenient place to come and go on the city streets.

The hotel location is excellent, it’s not too large (approx 60 rooms), it’s clean and everything works - although well used. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine, although the breakfast room is cramped and does get crowded.

Nothing really. Although I’ve highlighted a few shortcomings, its important to say that the hotel does offer very good value for money.
