Exceptional stay in Florence. If you are after a true B&B with daily housekeeping, friendly staff, great breakfast and great facilities look no further. Great value for money in a city where it’s easy to throw away thousands on average accomodation. The pricing point and quality of our stay well exceeded what I expected. My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and were genuinely sad to be leaving Florence and Patricia. Patricia gave excellent recommendations for local eateries along with recommendations outside the usual sights to see in Florence. She was also able to offer good local advice for the two day trips we took via car both north and south of Florence. Each morning breakfast is ample, the coffee is great and we couldn’t help ourselves but get stuck into the daily home made pastries every single morning. ( yes they are that good really ) We enjoyed the mornings spent talking about our days ahead or previous with Patricia and she made us feel like we were at home. I will be staying here again if it’s available when ( not if ) I return to Florence

The wifi is average but you’re not coming to Florence for fast internet speed and to sit inside. We were still able to purchase tickets for transport for later parts of our journey, download miscellaneous forms and docs for travel necessities and more.

The hotel was perfect! The location is a few minutes from the Duomo cathedral so very central for walking to all the sights. The hotel is a very beautiful boutique hotel with everything you need provided. Very clean too. Great breakfast. But what makes this hotel is its owner, Patricia - she is just fab and treats you like a member of the family rather than a guest. She is a fabulous host and provided us with lots of information before we arrived and also when we arrived. A lovely lady who has put her personal stamp on the property for her guests to enjoy. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Nothing at all

Firstly, amazing location in the heart of Florence, everything is 'round the corner'. Secondly, the B&B was superb and clean, beautifully decorated, matching Florence's spirit. Thirdly, our host Patricia was an angel, she took great care of us. She sent us many details about what to see, where to eat etc. before we even reached Florence, communication was really great. Apart from that she prepared an amazing breakfast with a great selection of home baked pastries. Patricia has a vast knowledge about Italy and gave advice to all her customers regarding locations worth visiting in Rome, Naples etc. Truly an amazing host. I highly recommend B&B Cimatori and would definitely book again if visiting Florence in the future.

All was good

We loved everything about this unit!!! Patricia was fantastic! She provided so many local recommendations that were all amazing and most were not the typical ones that show up when you search Google! The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, quiet area (never heard our neighbors). Patricia made coffee and breakfast every single morning and was able to accommodate on a few days where we had planned to get up and moving earlier in the morning. 100% would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence! Location is about a 10 min walk from train station and locally close to all of the main attractions.

Loved everything but be aware that the unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator so you have to go up 2 flights of stairs. Not the end of the world and the stairs are easy to walk up.

We loved the location of B&B Cimatori just a few blocks from the Duomo, Uffizi, and Piazza della Signoria, along with loads of restaurants, gelato shops, and shopping. Our elegantly furnished room was spotlessly cleaned every day. We appreciated the attention to detail: a refreshing bottle of water in our mini fridge and umbrellas for rainy days. What truly sets this B&B apart is its genuinely kind and personable innkeeper Patricia. She prepared bountiful, homemade breakfasts (with cappuccino/espresso) every morning and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Her suggestions were always spot on, especially La Fattunta and Tamero for dinner. Next time I’m in Florence, I’m staying here again!

Everything !!! Patricia was an amazing host who hosted us so well our entire stay. She was so friendly , easily contactable , spoke fluent English and gave us all the great local places to visit ! It felt like we were staying with family!! The room was beautiful and clean with an ensuite, and was made up every day, fresh towels included !! Breakfast was incredible with so much choice including home made pastries and coffee made by Patricia for all guests. The location is perfect too, easy walk from station and all the main attractions.

We had the most wonderful stay here at the B&B and Patricia, the host, was amazing! The location is wonderful and right in a great spot close to walk to any of the sights you want to see. The room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful! Best croissants ever! Patricia was very helpful on the first morning at breakfast to give us all of the tips for getting tickets to museums without having to wait in the long lines. She also gave so many ideas of good museums to see, and places to eat! She was always available on WhatsApp if we had issues or even questions. A very responsive and caring host! I would definitely stay here again any time I came to Florence. Patricia made it feel like home. My daughter and I had such a wonderful stay here! Wish we had scheduled a longer stay in Florence.

Amazing host, Patricia ! Lots of important and useful information before arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. This helped us to get the most out of our stay in Florence. Places we would not have discovered. The accommodation is very central 12 minutes walk from station and easy walking distance to all attractions in the city. Really lovely ambience at the Cimatori. It was a great breakfast. Lovely rooms with great decor, facilities, and air conditioning. Daily room service and fridge in room. We would highly recommend for your stay in Florence.

Nothing it was perfect 🥰

Patricia, the host, was so helpful and friendly. She steered us towards restaurants and sights that suited our tastes and interests. At breakfast, she catered for the lactose intolerance of one of us by tracking down lactose-free milk, yoghurt and even muffins. For the one of us who could have lactose, there were beautiful fresh pastries. The room was clean and comfortable. Let Patricia know in advance of your dietary needs, interests etc and she’ll look after you. Her English is excellent.

There are two flights of stairs, which we were warned about. They’ll help carry luggage if needed, so this is not a complaint, just advice! The wifi was a bit hit and miss. But internet access was like that throughout Florence, probably due to the tall stone buildings and the demand from thousands of tourists.

This B&B is a little gem and is positioned right in the buzz of Florence. The decor is just right and the quality of the linen and towels are spot on. Room service was provided for the whole period of our stay. Patricia the owner was exemplary in every little detail. Her knowledge of the city and the service provide by local restaurants was welcomed as there was so much to choose from. Breakfast was perfect, all freshly prepared and baked by Patricia, a land lady at the top of her game. Thank you X

Be aware it's situated in a bustling city and those people in it are very proud and loud. The bars on the street stay open till late so there is some noise, but it's Florence.
