The B&B is in the perfect location in the city center and you are at walking distance from everything you want to see and all restaurants. The host was helpful in providing some advice on where to have lunch or dinner. The rooms were spacious and clean; there is no option to have breakfast, but you have plenty of options just on the same street.

The only negative note is about the parking. We used the parking Garage dei Tintori and the expectation was to be charged for the time spent there, but they count a full day even if you arrive in the evening and leave the next morning, so you end up paying for 2 full days anyway. Please be aware of that, we found this not transparent at all and felt cheated.

Great location a 5 minute walk from the Arno, the Uffizi and easy to get to all the main sites as well as cross the river for good food and drink. The room was comfortable and a good size as was the bathroom. There's a walk in closet with mini fridge which was very handy for snacks and bottles of water. Marzia was helpful and offered suggestions of places for food and also helped arrange a taxi for me leaving. Despite being on a busy street the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Great location for exploring Florence.

Perfect location and very nice room with a great common area. Comfortable bed and very good shower. We had a great comfortable stay, only some minor things were of bother.

The wifi wasn’t good inside the room so we had to go to the common area to be able to use a wifi. The room was very lovely and we had asked for the pink room. However it could use a little bit of uplift, the walls are dirty/greasy in some places and the sofa chairs stained. Also the mirror in the bathroom, it’s all covered with black dots so very hard to use as a proper mirror.

the location was excellent and the property itself was lovely. the toiletries were beautiful and the towels fluffy. the bed was very comfortable and the room warm. we had the use of a kitchen with a cooker toaster and coffee maker along with a kettle and small fridge on our room. Maria was extremely helpful. we absolutely loved this apartment and the location

I would have liked another pillow but I never asked for one so I may have been able to get one.

We enjoyed stay in this apartment: it has great location and all facilities we needed. No noise, as windows were possible to close and it sealed the sound from outside. Building has elevator. Internet was working properly. No problem with shower : all well arranged. Coffee machine was a pleasant bonus.

If you want to be in the heart of everything this has the best location. Apartment is on the third floor. Does have a lift. The bed is a large double and has a super comfy mattress. Great air con. Very friendly approachable host who met us at the apartment.

Decoration is looking tried in places could do with a refresh.

Everything! Duccio was an amazing host. Provided us with loads of recommendations for restaurants and tourists sites around the city. The building was gorgeous, loved the little elevator too! Room was lovely, pictures are very true to life. Bed was super comfy, shower had good water pressure. Room and bathroom were a good size. We loved our view of the narrow Florentine street below. Its a relatively quiet street at night, we had the window shut and no noise disturbed our sleep once during our stay.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of it all. Marzia is awesome and a great credit to the property and operations. We loved the room and the nice bathroom.

When we were there it was super hot and the AC unit was unable to cool the room if we set it higher than 22 and even then it stayed a bit warm.

The location was excellent, very near to all the main sights. The room was lovely and the hosts were lovely, informative & helpful

the room was spotless, however the cleaning appeared to take place very early in the morning so if we did not want to be disturbed there was not the opportunity for the room to be serviced every day

Super central location while the room is very calm at night, the famous Ditta Artigianale coffee shop is just downstairs and everything was very confortable. Marzia who greeted us was very welcoming. There are just some extra cost if you check-in later than 18:00.
