Centrally located close to all of Florence’s main attractions but just far enough away that the area isn’t too loud or busy. Spacious, clean, luxurious rooms with all the conveniences you could need. Besides the location, the staff really set this place apart. We traveled with a baby and they all went above and beyond to accommodate and help us find everything we needed. They also provided excellent restaurant recommendations and facilitated an unbeatable excursion into Siena and Tuscany. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!

I was staying in a different hotel that was not suitable for my liking and suffering from extreme sleep deprivation and jet lag when I booked a reservation with San Firenze Suites & Spa. The hotel quickly confirmed my stay but I had questions. I was HOPING the hotel would reply to email because a phone call would be inconvenient at the time as my wife was not feeling well and finally fell asleep. To my surprise, my email was acknowledged and my requests were promptly addressed by Simona. Simona helped me schedule early check-in and her correspondence was very professional. The website and the process of booking the room were flawless. Communication was prompt and clear. My impression of San Firenze at this point was 10/10. I planned to drop off our luggage at 7am to be held until check-in while we toured Tuscany but we ran late and were not able to make it to San Firenze before our tour departure time. The front desk followed up with me before I reached out to them. They wanted to let us know they were waiting and making sure we did not need assistance. Awesome. Upon check-in, it felt as if the entire staff was aware of our stay and were prepared to make it as great as possible. Everyone was dressed professionally and Simona was just as bright and helpful in person as she was in email. Scheduled and reserved the Private Spa for a 60 minute massage for my wife and an additional hour for the sauna, Turkish bath, and Jacuzzi. We brought dinner to our room from a local restaurant and dis not have dinnerware. One call to the front desk had two sets of eating utensils delivered in less than 2 minutes.

We had three triple suites for our group of nine and they were wonderful. We had two suites assigned on one floor and the third was on another floor-had hoped all would have been on same floor, but it did not cause any issues with our stay. A/C worked great during the current heatwave, thank goodness! Suites were super clean and had everything that we needed. The location is perfect for all of the sights in Florence. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning (all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating), the front desk was always attentive when we came back from our adventures and helped with all of our requests! Thank you for a great stay in Florence!

Location was great. Very close to everything - Basilica of Santa Croce in Florence, Accademia Gallery, lots of shopping, nice walk to Piazza Michelangelo where you can get beautiful views of Florence, etc. Also, staff was so helpful. They helped arrange transportation and assisted with restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are a good size, very clean, gorgeous bathroom, and a nice breakfast included with stay and a daily happy hour. Couldn't ask for more

Liked everything!

The location was perfect, depending on which direction you walked, you could be at the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, etc. etc. within a couple of minutes. The breakfast selection was excellent, as well as the complimentary late afternoon drinks/snacks. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with a larger than usual bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable. The staff were impeccable and exceptionally accommodating to all our needs. Always felt sincere, and we were made to feel welcome at all times. I also appreciated the emails before our visit, to assist in making our stay in Florence more complete.

The location is perfect. The room was modern, comfortable, quiet and spotless. The spa was first class. Breakfast was wonderful. But, by far the most outstanding quality of this little hidden gem is the service. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and meticulously professional. The front desk team helped us arrange top notch tours and meals with a sincere, personal touch. San Firenze Suites and Spa should give service clinics to the big luxury brands.

Leaving.

The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk to all landmark attractions. Such hot weather we are lucky enough to return to our suite often to rest. The room was also new and well appointed and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful. Parking is promptly arranged when driving to the hotel. We had a wonderful vacation in Florence

The lobby was very welcoming. The staff have been wonderful and helpful. Andre and Andru gave great advice and were incredibly friendly! Everything was very clean and organized. Our Luxury Suite was fantastic with views of the Duomo and surrounding Florence, we had a private balcony and enjoyed leaving the windows open to hear the bells. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom. We had great water pressure and A/C. Our housekeeping staff did a great job refreshing our room and towels. Breakfast was also lovely with lots of options and nice staff. We would for sure choose to stay here again with such great service. The location was also hard to beat, we were close to everything we needed. A great way to spend our Honeymoon in Florence!

Loved the roof top terrace as part of the suite. Great location and very good staff and service. Lovely bedding and toiletries provided. some really nice touches.

We booked the ‘Presidential Suite’ and the pics on the website look fantastic! The reality doesn’t match. it is actually two smaller suites/rooms 501+502 that join via the lift area. so you have steps here there and everywhere, and it is not really a true suite.

the location was perfect we had lovely a breakfast. the staff was very friendly and helpful, attentive to every need. the room was beautiful and large.
