The room and location were very good. Young woman helped to make an impossible situation more manageable. Location is less than a block away from Galleria Accademia.

There were three places which needed to be located in order to register at this B & B. 1.Bags needed to be stored if early at one location. 2. Car needed to be garaged at yet another location, and then 3 baggage retreived and carried to the actual room location, where after 2:30 Check in was possible. GPS directions took us to the correct location but it was not visible from the street. (blocked by awnings etc.) Because of the delays we missed our $300.00 golf cart tour.

Perfect location, just 5 minutes from the cathedral; room was quite big, nicely decorated and clean; the residence is just in the city center but it was not noisy at night (we stayed there from saturday to monday so during the weekend and we were prepared for more noise); the person that did the check-in was very nice and explained everything; there is a possibility to store your luggage in the restaurant 3 minutes from the residence.

you get the vouchers for breakfast in the café 3 minutes from the residence: one coffee, one glass of juice and a sweet brioche, the staff of the café does not speak English so it is difficult to order and there is no option to choose the sandwich instead of the sweet bun

Location. Comfortable room and bed. Clean bathroom. The owner/manager was very accommodating and gave us everything we needed. They even kept our bags after checking out and brought them to their partner restaurant, very close to Firenze SMN, for us to pick them up at the end of the day. We will stay here again.

Noise at certain hours at night and in the morning, but were so tired we could manage. The breakfast place is a few minutes away from property, but makes a little bit uncomfortable bc Florence is all walking and you don't want to start walking since early in the morning for breakfast. However, they give you vouchers that you could use all day long. It is limited breakfast though, but typical from the area (croissant/pastry, juice and coffee).

Very nice room. Great location in the heart of Florence. Super close to the main attractions including David. And close enough to walk to the train station.

Didn't like that that with a very large common entry, itwas not provided as a baggage deposit. Our room was next to the street, and a restaurant that were very noisy. The single pane window offered very little sound protection.

Great location! perfect for quick stay. spacious room, clean and much old world charm. Right in the middle of the city.

Room was a little warm the day we were there, for a mid October day, but that was limited by city and government recommendations for heat and air for energy conservation for end of season. Left the windows open and was a little noisy but regarding the location, fantastic. Thank you Paolo.

Close to the center - 4 minutes to the Duomo. Fridge in the room. Cleaning every day. The possibility to store luggage after the end of the stay. Breakfast included (6 minutes walk). The room was renovated.

It would need better sealing of the windows (weather stripping). The noise from the street was in the room even after closing the windows.

The room is at a 5 min walk from the Cathedral and Dome so it is very conveniently located. It was clean and cosy and easy accessible.

Even with the AC, it was very warm in our room. You could also hear a lot of noise from outside and from people walking on the hallway.

the location is fantastic. within a 5 minutes walk you are at the dome - city Center or just 10 minutes from the train station. We didn’t find it too loud (like others wrote). You’re in a city Center after all, not a country house.

The aircondition unfortunately didn’t manage the temperatures. But we were there during a heatwave so that was a very special situation.

Centrally located which help a lot our walkabouts. Host was very helpful and responsive to our calls and questions regarding parking space (a parking garage was offered as a solution and we payed 30 eur/night)

Windows were located over a very busy and noisy street. The really quiet/ rest hours were between 01:00-05:30, if windows are closed you could handle it (unless you are a light sleeper). Our A/C was malfunctioning during our last night, resulting to open windows in order to get some air, which meant a really uncomfortable sleep.

The fact they had a proper A/C unit is a plus, and not just some fan. Very Central to the train station and the main attractions.

My room has an external bathroom, very inconvenient as had to travel down the hallway to get to it.
