Grandeur and dimensions of the room, cleanliness, well equipped. Proximity to the Cathedral Santa Maria Fiore and so much more!. To be able to stay in such a lovely apartment in such a prime location was an honour. We don't do fancy hotels it's not our style. If, like us, you are seeking classy, quirky, memorable, clean accommodation Monica's place is for you. The bathroom is small but perfectly formed with plenty of hot water. Unless you are on the larger side in which case you may struggle with the shower lol. Comfy bed. Monica is professional and a great communicator. We had a fantastic time! I am attaching a pic of the duomo taken from Via dello Studio which is just around the corner. (Great little restaurant there too btw.)

The apartment is in the perfect situation, close to both the Duomo and the Uffizi gallery. Monica the host was delightful, always ready to answer emails and help us with suggestions for restaurants etc. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and offers all you could need to cater for yourself, or use the surrounding restaurants and bars. The decor is tasteful, and waking up each morning to the beautiful ceiling in the bedroom is a delight.

Because if it’s central location, which is a major plus, the streets are noisy at night, Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

The location was simply the best. As close to the Duomo as possible. The room was very spacious and the ceiling mural was amazing. Monica was extremely helpful and very responsive.

The bathroom was not in the room. It is a short distance down the hall past another apartment. It was really no big deal as you get the key to the bathroom so it is private but several times I went to take a shower and the other tenants were coming and going. Also if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night like me you have to be very quiet not to disturb the other tenants. There is no TV in the room and due to the location the crowds outside can get pretty noisy. The king bed was 2 twin beds put together so it was a little lumpy in sections. The refrigerator and snack area is outside the room as well. We observed the other tenants taking some of our items even though it was to be just for us. I would recommend putting this in the room.

The accommodation is excellent! Its location is unbeatable, putting you close to everything. What I loved most about this property is its ability to connect with the vibes and spirit of the Renaissance in Florence; the room's ceiling is simply spectacular! Additionally, I want to highlight the incredible attention from Monica, who, even at 5 in the morning, was willing to help me with a personal issue.

The location is perfect for exploring Florence. Lovely big spacious room with a small bathroom down the hallway. Nicely decorated.

It was very noisy at night with people going home late. Impossible to get a taxi to the airport (they were on strike) but location is not easy for taxis so suggest the easy 12 min walk to train station and catch the T2 tram is a good option.. or walk out to a taxi stand… when they’re not striking..!

Great location, and beautiful homely touches. Monica the host did a fabulous job styling the room with traditional florentine furniture and homewares. We appreciated the kitchenette (shared facility) and never saw the other occupant in the other room or had to share a bathroom.

We loved most things, just note that the shower is very small and you will need to walk up stairs (if those are problems for you - they were fine with us!)

bed was comfortable but very low to the ground making it hard to get out no tv, some seats but no real lounge area noisy at night

This was the perfect place to stay for us in Florence. The room is beautiful, spacious and had a good working A/C, which was very nice because it was hot outside. The location is also perfect, you are right next to Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. All the tourist attractions are on walking distance from this place. Monica is a great host, she explained everything and was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would totally recommend this place for your stay in Florence!

The only downside is the bathroom that isn’t connected to your room. But it wasn’t a very big deal, I would book this place again.

The location is just wonderful - as was the fresco above my bed! I really loved my stay here. Monica is really helpful and friendly and the location is incredible - you are just moments aware from everything. Would absolutely stay here again.

We spent 3 nights in this equipped apartment, right in the middle of the old city. A fantastic location, very big and spacious rooms, clean, comfortable and fully equipped for everything you need. Monica was nice, helpful and available for us whenever we needed.
