It was a very great stay! Very clean,spacious rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds. My room had a nice view of the sunrise, the hotel is located directly in the heart of Florence and is a very short walking distance from all of the attractions! On the first floor there is a restaurant/bar/hostel called Ostello bello that I hung out at every night, met amazing people, sang karaoke, and had a great time, but got the better price of staying at hotel Paola ;) I highly recommend!

The only problem is there is no locker or place to store your valuables, but for me it was not a problem, it is a very safe, respectful environment

I love it the ubication! was perfect go to all the places must go in firenzi! The receptionist was really nice, I could leave my bag for a few hours after I did the check out! The room was ok, with air-conditioning and nice view of firenzi.

No locker at the room. the bedrooms could be better a equipped. and will be nice a water station, even with the warm days in firenzi!

It was located near the train station so getting around was very easy and convenient. I felt very safe walking around and there were dining options only a few meters away. The guy who checked me in was very friendly.

I would say that given the facilities and everything it was a little overpriced. I did book it last minute though so I can't complain too much. I ended up staying at a different hostel the next night for around 10 euros less.

"NOTHING AT ALL !!!!"

I liked nothing of this place at all . I had to make a booking at the last minute . I didn't understand that boys and girls don't share ! The host said their is a room, "but it's not made!" I offered to make this room up for me , but the host didn't give me the time day. Please all Travellers! LOOK CAREFULLY before booking accommodation here!!

It was very clean, people made our beds everyday. There was an ensuite shower and sink in our room which was really nice. The washrooms were basic but not dirty in any way. Great location, walking distance to the touristy spots and a 2 minute walk to the nearest train station.

The staff is amazing especially the receptionist! Rooms are not big but they have air conditioners which is a huge advantage. Location is great and there are many cafes and bars close by. It is a bit hard to find and the equipment is old but price/performance wise it is a good choice

There were some small flaws but definitely nothing very disturbing. Sometimes wifi was too far from the bed

Sad that they don't have a lobby or kitchen, but there are air conditioners in every room and this makes up for everything, especially in hot summer such as this year. Also beds and rooms are cleaned every day thus it was very nice.

Again, no kitchen or lobby. And the wifi signal is weak so you only use wifi in the corridor. But overall not bad for the price.

The staff were extremely kind and friendly, the location was absolutely perfect. it’s right in the centre. there’s a private shower in the dorm.

There were bedbugs in my bed unfortunately so I’m covered in bites (but I think it was worth it for the price)

I had an emergency and had to check out on the same day I checked in. But I had a nice support from the clerk, he explained to me all the details I needed to know and showed me the place. The room was just as shown in the pictures
