The hotel is situated in an excellent location - steps away from Piazza del Duomo and walking distance to many sites: the Uffizi and Accadmia Galleries, Piazza Della Signoria, Piazza Della Repubblica. Many restaurants, cafes and shops. Checking in was easy as the room # and PIN was sent ahead of time in my online NUMA account. The room and bathroom was large, and the view of the Duomo Cathedral from our window was spectacular. We appreciated the free water, snacks and fridge.

We knew that the room would not have air conditioning when we made our reservation - however, the room was very warm during our stay. Opening the window helped a bit, but providing a fan in the room would have been helpful. A shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries on would also have helped.

The location was great. Everything was in close walking distance and we could easily go back to the room to cool off, take a cold shower or have a siesta as the weather was exceptionally hot when we were there. Our rooms were spacious and we appreciated the fridge to keep our drinks and fruit cold. The air conditioning in one of our rooms was very efficient which was a real bonus in the heatwave. We didn't see much of the staff but we sent questions on WhatsApp and received replies very quickly. We were able to help ourselves to clean towels, tea and coffee etc

We didn't get breakfast as it was expensive and there were so many other options nearby. The restaurant was often closed when we walked past and it wasn't very clear how to book for breakfast for the next morning. Air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working very well and this took a long time to fix.

This was the perfect stay in Florence! The room was beautiful, very comfortable and warm with a really lovely view and complementary drinks. The location could not be better, so central and I just loved staying here! The shower was also very nice! Could not have asked for a better stay, I only wish Numa was in other cities!!

Nothing - everything was perfect. Only feedback was that they forget to send me the digital checkin so I had to ring and do it when I arrived however the team were so fantastic and resolved it all quickly so I could get settled.

The location was excellent. It was walking distance to all the main attractions and close to the train station. The check in and check out was easy, with clear instructions. The room was clean,. comfortable and quiet. Complementary snacks and drinks were left on arrival whch was a lovely touch. I would defintley stay again.

I stayed in the apartment for a week and it would have been great if someone could have checked in and seen if bins needed emptying or if towels needed replacing.

The location was perfect. From two room windows we could see the part of the dome and tower. It was the middle of the shopping district. Many good cafes and restaurants as well as most of sightseing spots are in walking distances. The breakfast in Sophia Loren was gorgeous. The waitresses there were flexible and very kind.

We stayed there for five nights and becuase of this the room got messy without room cleaning service. Accroding to their policy, room cleaning would be done after 8 days. We have to pay additionally if we need it within 8 days. New towels, sheets, toilet papers, etc were available from the stock room but there seemed to be no informtation on the used stuff. So those used towels just piled up in the room inside. It would be better if there are instructions how to maintain the room clean by ourselves.

So glad I found numa on booking.com. I stayed here for a week for work. The location is just in front of duomo, and just about 10 minutes walk to anywhere else I need (station, office, and other touristic places). They had my room ready wayy ahead the checkin time. The room is warm, equipped with coffeemaker+coffee+tea, which is really useful during winter. They also gave free chips and drinks in the fridge 😊 I also liked that everything is automatic - online checkin/checkout, communication through WA, and additionally, both room and hotel access require only passcodes so I didnt stress myself looking out for door keys when I'm outside. Recommended for solo travelers 😁

The location is perfect its just 20m from Piazza del Duomo. The facility has vintage atmosphere which I liked. The quality of small thing offered inside are excellent according to value. There is always someone real and helpful at the end of online reception.

Its not something I dislike but I just write to align you. The reception is online. They give you pass instead of key to open door. There is no regular cleaning service inside the daily service. You need to pay extra. But for my two day visit its how I like and was not a problem for me.

Great location, you’re on the doorstep of the Duomo and main shopping street and can see both from outside the window. Facilities were great too and the staff are very helpful and responsive.

Like all buildings in Italy, the windows aren’t soundproof so you’ll hear all the noise from the street. The hotel offers ear plugs in your room to help but I didn’t use them so can’t comment on how effective they would be. A small price to pay for an amazing location in my opinion.

The location was perfect! Just round the corner from Piazza Duomo, really central for all the sights I was looking to see in Florence. The room was much larger than I expected, really clean and very well decorated. Breakfast on the terrace was great, with a lot of choice. I really loved the convenience of the PIN code for entry to the main door of the apartments and my actual room. The complimentary mini bar was a lovely touch too. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be back.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. The location is great right across the great Duomo. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. My expectations are met.

There is a significant amount of noise coming from outside. This is mainly because of its location. It sits right at the heart of the city. The windows are good by means of sound-proof but anyhow it is a noisy place. There was no breakfast in my booking so I cannot comment on it but I'd rather have a breakfast for that money.
