Very central location, just across the Academia Gallery. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.Francesca was friendly willing to help.

The specific room in noisy during Academia visit time (but mostly we were out this time), but quiet after 1800 and during the night

Our apartment was in an excellent location to visit the city, and the information and recommendations for restaurants given were perfect. Beds were also quite comfortable, including the sofa bed. The apartment is not modern, but it’s lovely in an Italian style. Kitchen was fully equipped so we could enjoy breakfast or nighttime snacks if we wanted.

Noise from the street meant keeping the windows closed but we knew that in advance. Our only complaint was how slippery the shower floors were. We are seniors and were always afraid of falling

Everything - amazing. Clean, spacious, excellently located. Although there is no breakfast, I rated the accommodation highly, as we did get: a) great Nespresso coffee pods, b) tea, c) jam, d) small toasts - every day. The kitchen has everything you need, so with these supplies and the milk/juice bought at the practically next-door small supermarket, we were set for a nice breakfast. Francesca is a fantastic host. I would stay here again. And again.

Nothing! I really cannot think of a negative for Palazzo Alfani.

Franchesca was fantastic, helping us from when we arrived until we left. Such an excellent apartment has fantastic charm and location. Rooms were big enough for a family of 4 (2 adults and two small children). Pretty much adjacent to the center and restaurants. Great shower, wish it had a bath :)

There was nothing I didnt like, But... The elevator was slooooow, it works, its small so er had to take two trips, but it was slow. There was no bath for the kids, for babies the sink is large enough but our toddler did fuss a bit about it. And it doesn't have a washer, there is a laundromat close by. though so its nothing serious.

The apartment is spacious and has all amenities you might need. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable and one of the cleanest apartments or hotel rooms we have been in - and we travel a lot. The manager Francesca is friendly and helpful. The location is great - close to the Accademia, the Duomo and near cafes and restaurants - but is on a quiet street.

We highly recommend Palazzo Alfani for its location, comfort and helpful management. No improvements are needed in our opinion.

Family of 5, loved the space and location. Very hot weather and good A/C. Provided Great recommendations for restaurants etc prior to trip..even helped with making reservations. Spacious apartment with 2 nice bathrooms. Had lift…slow but didn’t matter as we normally used stairs…but was nice to have for luggage etc. Loved location and feel of building /apartment. Across from L’Accadamia…there were lines in the day but didn’t bother us at all. Nice to be in the center of things. Host stopped by to say hello on first day. Easily walkable to most attractions.

The location is amazing and the apartment is in really good condition. All kitchen wares she provided were also clean. The host is also fantastic. I was sick and she offered us two extra sets of duvets.

Changing the towels every 3 day is reasonable. However, there wasn't enough space or hanger to dry our towels in the shower room. It would be great if there are some more hangers in the shower room or a drying rack.

We stayed here for two nights, and I wish if I extended my stay here. The apartment was really outstanding, very spacious, very clean, and in the heart of Florence. Its a walking distance from all key attractions within the city, multiple good restaurants within a walking distance, there is an elevator to access the apartment, and our host "Francesca" who is also living in the same building, was very very friendly, helpful, and check-in process was done in "no-time". We even needed a blender to make food ready for our infant and she actually went back to her own house bring her blender for us to use it. She also gave us a list of attractions, restaurants and places to go, she is very active on whatsapp. We really loved our stay here, and within a walking distance there is a self-service washing services which was a plus for us. The apartment was really clean, we felt very comfortable staying here with two babies and two strollers ! I will make sure to book here again during our stay next year.

Francesca, the host, is warm, friendly and welcoming. The apartment is stunning with high ceilings and lovely details.

Franchesca and her associates were the kindest people I’ve met . The rooms were spectacular and the beds were firm and comfy. It was like sleeping on a perfect cloud . Very spacious and clean . The bathrooms had great water pressure for a hot shower . The kitchen was cute and fully stocked. There’s a sandwich placed Duecentogradi across from the apartment, definitely recommended. My next trip to Florance I’ll definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.
