1. Location is good enough. 10 minutes walk to the metro station. Nice restaurants and bars nearby. 2. Clean rooms. 3. Parking is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. 25 euro per day.

1. The breakfast must be better. Omelet or scrambled eggs cost extra 7 euro. 2. The restaurant in the hotel in the evening is a big NO. We ordered 3 dishes. Only one was suitable for restaurant. And it was quite expensive.

It’s within walking distance of Corsa Buenos Aires, where you can find shops and restaurants. From Linate airport, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the hotel by public transportation. The breakfast is filling, full of cheese and delicious pastries. The room is comfortable, you can control the aircon from the panel, and the rainfall shower is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the map in the reception is a brilliant way to show the guests places around Milan.

This hotel is a gem - from the staff to the beds, cleanliness, location, the A/C, divine outdoor terrace and restaurant with best sound track ever! Loved the little touches like a glass of wine on the house, items in the mini bar and on the desk free of charge, help with taxis, and, as if that was not enough, a 10% discount because of maintenance. I would stay at this property again and again and refer anyone I know traveling to Milan. (I was a solo traveler but felt very welcome; other guests friedly too)

The A/C took a while and never got to the desired temp.. nonetheless having A/C at all in Europe is such a bonus.

This place is cool: its a hotel, bar, restaurant, coworking space, always something is happening. The staff is super friendly, efficient, and welcomed us very well. Our puppy got pets and water whenever someone would see us. The room was very clean, comfortable, super dark blinds, good shower and nice amenities. The breakfast was very good as well, with varied offer, freshly cooked and some delicious cake. Its a 5 minutes walk to the closes metro station, some buses also pass nearby, and we walked to many places.

If you are looking for a quiet place for hanging out in common areas or breakfast, this is not the place

Hotel located close (10 min walk) to the metro station Piola. The room I got was comfortable for one person, with an electric teapot and a fridge. Fast and stable wifi. Bidet in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet. Guests can use a laundry. Given that they were renovating the kitchen and the menu was limited, I got a 15% discount. Very helpful staff (Saverio at the reception rules!).

There was no "normal" chair in the room (only some kind of a stool), so working at the table was difficult. The music in the restaurant area was always on and a bit too loud for my liking.

Citta Studi is an excellent area; the hotel is only a few metres from the famous Bar Basso—Milan's creative scene hangout. I also like the site as it does not feel "touristy" at all. Buses, trams and the metro are within walking distance, as well as good restaurants and bars. The hotel seems brand new; the rooms are tastefully furnished and spacious. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The staff was super attentive and accommodating, even at 5 am when I had to leave, and they volunteered to pack a breakfast box and make a cappuccino before I leave. The receptionist even carried my bag up to street level. This hotel would be my first choice if I came back to Milan.

You cannot open the windows of the rooms, although the ventilation works well and the air does not feel stuffy; I—a Northern European after a winter of energy saving—found the room a bit too hot at night. However, the aircon cannot be used before April in Milan, so I would have preferred to let the room cool down by opening the window a little.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! I stayed in this hotel last year as a solo traveller and came back this year with my mum. The rooms are spacious and clean but the biggest credit is the staff. So helpful and friendly- they go above and beyond and nothing seems like too much trouble for them. The breakfast is delicious- lots of choice and the waitresses are so lovely. Unfortunately our flight home was cancelled so we had to spend 4 extra nights in Milan, and we were so glad that the hotel had rooms for us as we were glad to be back! Everyone was so helpful and made us feel so comfortable in what was quite a stressful situation. We had an early check out time on the last day and they even put together a breakfast box for us, as we would have missed a sit-down breakfast. Overall, a wonderful stay and we definitely will stay again if we come back to Milan!

Absolutely nothing!

The staff are very friendly, always warm and smiling, genuine and helpful. There is a lovely open, modern, spacious dining area inside and outside-really lovely plant covered courtyard area. The room was spacious, the bed very very comfortable. There were complimentary cold drinks (including a beer!) in the fridge and some snacks-very nice! I was travelling alone for work and found the location great. I felt safe walking alone in the neighbourhood to find restaurants etc and it is well connected to the metro- Piola station is just 10 minutes walk. It is a residential area and I enjoyed feeling part of the Milano community-lots of women walking their dogs. There is an open air swimming pool (sadly closed the day i visited) that is 10 minutes walk away. There is a vegan cafe also just 10 minutes walk away called CIBO.

During my stay the bistro was closed or open with a very limited menu. The windows in the room do not open. You have to ask for a handle from reception to open them. There are 2 hotels in this chain in Milano, the one i stayed in didnt have a roof top pool, but looking at the photos on the website-you could easily mistake that this hotel in Citta Studi has a pool.

The room, hotel facility and breakfast etc was great. Nothing much to comment on.

The staff service could be better. We waited a long time for check out as there was a long queue. Wish it could be more efficient. We almost missed our train due to the slow service.

Location was everything, the area is connected and centric but not too noisy or touristy. You can get everywhere in less than 15 min. Due to personal reasons, I could not try the food or use the complimentary cocktail coupon, so I can't speak for the food/drink. The staff was great!

The rooms are a little on the smaller side but are perfectly furnished, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom is spacey and modern. The door to my room did not close properly so I had to be extra-careful to make sure it closed properly.
