The room and bathroom were extremely clean! The bed was comfy, which I really struggle with! The bathroom had good facilities, including body lotion, shampoo/conditioner, shower cap, earbuds- the works! It was amazing!

The location near China Town was fantastic. Acsess to public transport was second to none. So easy to get to Milan centre , San Siro Stadium and central station by tram or Metro then to the Airport by Bus for only €12 per person. The bus is direct and takes around 40mins. A taxi from the Hotel would cost €120. I would definitely stay or recommend the Leonardo Milan City Centre to anyone.

The room we stayed in had window locks with no key to open them which I should imagine is illegal in a hotel. It got very warm one day so we had to move to another room because we could not open open the window to let it in. The maintenance man was very rude and very unhelpful, using his middle finger when telling me he would be back in 1 minute. So un professional but I am bigger than that so did not make an issue of out of it.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel with all of the classic elements of European luxury. The staff is top-notch, polite and courteous. They speak multiple languages, give great recommendations, and offer easy, well-organized check-ins. The location isn't too far from downtown, and the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and a food heaven for anybody who loves Asian cuisine. It's also near enough to the train station that takes you to the airport. The rooms are SO comfortable. They have everything you need, and the bed was heavenly! The bathrooms were luxurious and very clean. If you're on the fence about staying here, just book it. You'll be happy you did!

The hotel was very clean, the bedroom and the public areas. The staff were all fab, friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and the restaurant very clean.

The pillows were a little hard but not a massive issue. The TV only had one English speaking channel, would have been nice to have a couple of options. There didn't seem to be a/c, when we put what we thought was a/c on it blew out warm air. Not a huge issue this time of year but would be when weather gets warmer.

The hotel is large and spacious. The size of the room was large and comfortable. Well soundproofed. Breakfast was of very good quality. Wifi was very good, I could stream movies without any problem. Staff was very nice.

The location in Chinatown is safe but not the nicest in Milan in my opinion. The hotel could take more steps towards sustainability: less towels in the rooms, less disposable items at breakfast.

The location is good, as its situated at Chaina town, there are lots of street chaina food and supershops near by. And the transportation from the Milano city center is good with trum. Ofcourse Milan is not a stroller friendly city so travelling with baby stroller would be difficult.

Only that as there are lot of Chinese shops nearby to the streets so if you go out in some street there is bad smell. But only in some places.

The location was great, just in the centre of china town and is a short walk from the city centre and scenic walk through Sempione park and Castello Sforzesco and then the Duomo! the comfort was great with the ability to open a window which isnt something im used to in a hotel so that was nice. i asked for a room with a bath and the staff was more than happy to provide.

The only problem i had was wifi connection issues pretty much every day of the stay.

Very nice and authentic Italian hotel. Cozy and clean rooms white everything you need. Stuff at the reception helpful and warm.

Room service! Very bad English and very complicated! I had to make 5-6 calls to get one simple pizza. At some point they sent someone to the room who didn’t speak English. I don’t understand how they thought he’d help us knowing that we’re English speaking guests. The guy was somehow indecent. Not rude, with smile, but he kept entering the room even though we could have talked about food in front of the door. I felt uncomfortable about that. At the end we successfully ordered a pizza but it was the most complicated ordering I experienced in my life. And we ended up paying the service more than a pizza itself, even though nobody mentioned the fee at any point.

Very clean and very welcoming staff on arrival and at breakfast.

The area the hotel was located in, it’s like dog sh!t city. You spend more time looking at the ground watching where you are walking rather than taking the sites and the surrounding area in.

Room was nice size and location was good. Had a parking garage at a great price for Milan. Location was good and easy access to Metro. Because its a Chinatown there was a lot of asian restaurants everywhere. Breakfast was great. It was really clean.

Rooms are little outdated. There was no bottle water waiting in the room.
