The accommodation is a suite of six rooms within a large complex of mixed use buildings. The room we stayed in was well maintained, modern and light, with an on suite and balcony. The view was of the building across the street so we didn’t use it much but it was nice to have the in/out flow. WiFi and air con were both excellent. There was a kettle (bring your own brews) and a cooler. The rooms are served by a single corridor of similar standard with a security door leading to the rest of the building. The rooms were cleaned and serviced daily. A voucher was provided for breakfast at the cafe on the corner consisting of a hot drink, fruit juice and pastry, all of excellent quality. We were very well looked after by the lovely Claudia who was around each morning or could be contacted by WhatsApp. Check in was a bit tricky as we had a late flight and for some reason our phones wouldn’t connect. Location is fairly central near the docks and within walking distance or easy access to a number of major sites Info and tips Its worth knowing in advance that the rooms are called Napoli Live Suite rooms. Once you are through the first security door you need to take the lift in tower A (to the left) to the 6th floor and the suite is on the left as you come out of the lift If you intend to see many sites buy a 7 day Artecard. It’s costs 34 Euro but the first five sites are free, thereafter half price. It can also get you to the front of the queue at some sites. The sites we visited would have cost 56 Euro without the card. Suggest you buy online in advance and then take a screen shot of your QR Code. The trams, buses, veniculars and Metro all use the same ticketing system. Buy a stack of single tickets from one of the stations or a news stand/shop/kiosk. Or a day pass if you intend to make a lot of trips in one day. To visit Herculaneum, Pompeii and Versuvius take the Circumversuvista train from Porta Nolana station.

Naples is a very busy city and this gorgeous place is an oasis of calm in that hurricane of activity. The room is beautifully appointed, very modern and spotlessly clean, the air conditioning a dream , quiet and more than efficient! The location is great, very close to the Port with restaurants nearby but what made the stay all the better was the remarkable Claudia, who was amazing! She went to great lengths to help us in any way and showed endless patience in answering all my questions. We are so grateful for her. I would highly, highly recommend this place!

If you want to stay close to ferry port, it’s good place to stay. it’s close to the city too and alibus stop and metro. room was clean and nice. hostess is nice :) we forgot our baby’s white noise machine to the room and she packed it really good for the courier.

balcony door made terrible noise. aircon is placed directly over the bed, so it was impossible to use it during the night. so, the room got really warm and when we turned aircon on, we were up little time later to turn it off, as it was cold again. even with warm temperature (26,27) and low fan it’s really uncomfortable. it’s on sixth floor and lift costs 5 cents. as we didn’t have much of those, we had to take stairs with baby and stroller. was bit much, but doable. I was glad, it was 6th floor and not higher.

The location is wonderful. The surrounding port area is noisy but the location of the hotel is very quiet, a true oasis. Claudia is very helpful and most pleasant. The room was sufficient and very clean.

It took a while to find the place but that could be because of us. Both my friend and I are used to kettles in a hotel room but it's ok without anyway. The elevator is old and is coin operated at certain times but that's ok as we were supplied with 5 cent coins. So actually, there is nothing that we did not like! We will certainly recommend Napolilive and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Close to Port and all the sights around. Comfy bedroom, with a cute balcony. All the amenities that you require…. And the member of staff who gave us directions & advice was amazing. Answered messages immediately and organised our taxi in the morning.

It was great - except the shower head didn’t work properly. I believe this has been replaced already which will make it even better.

Great location for ferries and airport bus. Compact, but comfortable room. Could be tricky to find the entrance, but instructions on WhatsApp were fairly easy to follow. No coffee making facilities in the room, but there were two cafes just around the corner that had a good range of food and drinks.

Not knowing when we arrived that a €0.05 coin was needed to operate the lift.

Claudia is amazing. She was really welcoming and helpful all the time, she helped us organise our trips every day. The housekeeping is more than perfect. We had our room cleaned every single day. The location is great. Downstairs you can have the best cappuccino and croissants. Nearby you can find metro, ferry and parking lot.

Claudia was very kind and kindly dealt with the trouble of our suitcases being lost from Istanbul. It is close to the ferry terminal to Capri and is in a great location where we can walk to various tourist spots. We can see the harbor and Mt. Vesuvius from the terrace window. The room was clean and spacious enough. We would like to come back here again. Thank you.

Fantastic location. Extremely helpful staff. Very nice decor. Very clean. Very quiet despite being so central. Great A/C.

As the name is Napoli Live B&B we assumed there would be a light breakfast but there is none. It is difficult to find, need to let guests know it is in an apartment block. There are no signs on the street. Shower needed some improvement, didn’t drain properly and leaked.

- The room was very nice, clean, well decorated and comfortable. - The host was very kind and helpful, answering all of our questions. - The location was great, close to a Metro station, the port and city highlights. - The balcony was nice. * Going up and down from the room is a bit of a hassle due to an old elevator which requires 5 cents per direction during busy hours, but the hosts supplied the coins so it ok. Highly recommended!
