The stay was amazing. We took a room with Balcony which is next to the Cruise Port point. It is really helpful for us to catch the Cruise to Capri, Positano and Sorrento. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we need something. The locking and unlocking system is so nice and secure. Very Postive on the stay. Thank you

One challenge is to finding a Sky House for the first time is tricky. You have to ensure to come to the street entrance. Their entrance point is not on Main Road. We felt that is NOT a big problem. However, it would be nice if we could find some directional navigation on the main road or something....

We stayed at Skyhouse Beverello as its location is perfect for the port. Our flight was delayed and we informed the host and it was not a problem . We were made aware from the time of our booking that if we arrived after 9pm there would be a charge of €20. When we got checked in our host rang restaurants for us and as they were closed she walked us around to another restaurant close to our accommodation and the food and service was excellent . We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning and our room was spotless. We would definitely recommend Skyhouse Beverello .

Couldn't find fault nor could our friends. At a push you might say the road was busy quite late into the night but then again thats the same in most cities and not the fault of the property.

Skyhouse beverello is a nice, clean property which is very near to port , cafes and restaurants. The room we stayed was very modern decorated,and had a great view and a nice balcony. The room was big and comfortable. We also liked the breakfast it was fresh and good. The owners and the lady working in the breakfast were kind and polite people. We If I again come to Naples I will stay again.

I liked everything about Skyhouse.

The room is in a building very close to the ports where you can easily take the ferry to anywhere in the area (Naples Gulf area, or Amalfi Coast). Also very close (5 minutes) are the bus stops to get to Pompeii (I recommend the bus more than the circumvesuvium train). Also, the Municipio metro station is nearby (5 minutes) from where you connect with Napoli Central Station - Piazza Garibaldi. The hosts were very welcoming, open and tried to help us with anything we needed. The room was clean, towels were changed daily or every 2 days. The view from the balcony of the room was exceptional: how many times do you go to bed or can you wake up looking at the great Vesuvius? We did not manage to have breakfast every day (we leave early and always on the run to the objectives of the day), although the hosts were extremely kind. But the breakfast was rich and diverse, and the coffee very good (as only in Italy / Naples can be!)

Nothing in particular. Maybe pillows could be more comfortable, but this is a personal preference. Do not be disarmed by the vicinity of the building or the appearance of the walls or by some people in the area. It is Naples! But everything is safe! I walked the streets in the late hours, I got to the room after midnight and everything is safe. The hosts will give keys to all the doors and explain everything to you. Will be fine!

Kind, flexible, helpful host, beautiful rooms (even better then on the photos), great location (few steps away from port)

It would be great is there could be takeaway breakfast, as we couldn't have our breakfast due to early checkout because of early flight. The building itself is not the nicest, but the location and the rooms itself compensate it.

Very nice view of the harbor from the room and very close to other public transport options. The room was very clean and the breakfast is delicious, also the coffee is very nice.

The elevator works with 5 cent coins. Please let guests know about this so the first time they arrive would not have to climb 8 floors of stairs with heavy bags.

Good location with easy access to the Metro. Balcony with sea view on 7th floor. Clean and spacious with a good selection of breakfast items.

The staff was a bit loud and rude. The elevator is the size of a postal stamp, which costs 5 cents to operate each time during weekdays. Rooms are not sound insulated, and it is very noisy from sunrise to late at night.

The staff was very friendly, with a really nice breakfast with a view of the port. The bed was very comfy and in the room towels were clean. Overall, the place is nice and tidy, with very futuristic blue accent lights.

Not that I didn't like it, but I found the massive mirrored door to the bathroom to be unnecessary. Also, I had to withdraw cash from ATM to pay city tax as it cannot be paid by card, so some people might have to pay fees at a local ATM, which luckily wasn't an issue for me.

The location is excellent for catching a cruise. It’s right across from the port. We had an issue with our luggage and had to check out at 10.30 but Vincente the owner oblidged and kept our luggage till we did some shopping. The owners were very helpful and friendly. .

We got a bit mixed up when we arrived as to which entry point led us to the property but by phone the owners guided us easily.

I am amazed at how clean and well-organized this place is! The staff is very welcoming and very helpful in our inquiries. The location is very practical if you need to take the ferry to any island. Very convenient for restaurants and groceries. A well-maintained place. Well recommended!
