The hotel from the outside wasn't impressive (didn't stand alone as it appears in picture, which made it difficult to find) but the inside was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and emailed us to advise us to pre-book our transfer to our cruise ship as the hotel would not be able to get taxis on the day of our departure. They included a handy link to the transfer site, which proved to be a great service. Our room was a small double, which was beautifully decorated but too small for comfort. The bathroom was well equipped and also beautifully decorated. The continental breakfast was very tasty, with a good selection to choose from. We would stay again but book a bigger room.

The room was beautiful but too small. The room consisted of a double bed and 2 lockers which filled the width of the room. At the end of the bed there was a dressing table, chair and to the side a bench for a small suit case. The wardrobe (which contained a safe) was located just outside the bathroom.

Location: 10 minutes walk from the city center, though there is a bus stop in front of the hotel if needed. Parking: own parking slots next / behind / in front of the hotel Room: clean and spacious. Small refrigerator and air conditioning were working properly. Staff: the lady when we arrived was very helpful and friendly, with good English knowledge. Breakfast: lost of fresh fruits. Coffee is made fresh with a regular coffee bar machine, so it is like you are having breakfast in a coffee bar. Shopping: there is a EuroSpin shop 1 minute from the hotel.

We booked a cruise to start at Venice and go around the Croatia and Greece , but the cruise didn’t actually leave from Venice , it leaves from Ravenna, so then we had to get from Venice airport and stay in Ravenna as we got here a day earlier We got a shuttle from Venice Marco Polo airport ( booked with booking .com , but it’s cheaper the quicker you book it ) it took about 24hrs 15 mins to get here. It was a straight forward journey and our driver was great. The hotel then organised a shuttle to take us to the port, which was about 10-15 mins away. The staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean and breakfast was nice.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but it was only for one night so it was ok. The hotel was very reasonable for what we got.

I appreciated the comfort of the room. Air conditioning was silent and working correctly. Bathroom had everything that was needed. Location was perfect! 5 mins from city center also 5 mins from train station and 1 min from supermarket! Staff use english fluently (which is rarity in Italy). Also, staff is very helpful 24/7. Breakfast consists of various fruits, breads, cakes, joghurts etc. Approved!!!

The only thing that leaves a scar on this hotel is coffee provided during breakfast. There is various opinions on booking about that and I can confirm them. It would be magnificent if the hotel management invest in coffee machine like in other hotels.

exceptionally friendly reception staff at both ends of our stay, very helpful on city navigation etc. Easy parking. Arrived too early for checking but were helped to store luggage. Spacious minimalist rooms, very comfortable. Good breakfast, with enough table space though hotel was completely full. Very good value for money

One room was on top floor and hot water ran out for second morning shower, but no big problem.

In fact, you have everything you need (a comfortable bed and bathroom with shower). Good location, a 10-minute walk to the old center. In my opinion very good for one night. If you're lucky you can park your car in the front of the hotel.

A little bit too loud at night, because of the main street. But it wasn't so bad. I suggest leaving two chairs on the balcony too, because there's no place to sit ☺️

The location was great. Reachable for the old city center of Ravenna and there was a free parking just near by. The hotel staffs were always friendly and kind. The room was fully reformed, so that was completely new and clean.

There was a strong bleach-like odor coming from the bathroom. Very desirable from a cleanliness standpoint, but bothersome until the smell is gone.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the center of the city, close to all the main sights, so you don't need public transport for sightseeing. The rooms are nice and clean. Although the hotel was next to the road, there was no noise, as the windows are sound-insulated. The breakfast is varied and rich, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, and, the hotel had a friendly informsl family driven feel. The breakfast was good. Cozy room under the roof. Cozy when the rain smattered against the slanting window.

That same slanting window, was unpractical, since you coud not see out from it when it rained. And the slantibg wall made it hard tobdit up in bed and read comgortably.

Location was good, but a bit of a walk to the center of town. Restaurants close by ended up being very good, Osteria Casa Gastronomical was outstanding. Very short walk to train station was a plus. Hotel watched our bags in the morning and gave us early check in. Overall, a positive experience.

A bit to get to town center, rooms a little on the small side, but not terrible.
