I needed a place near the bus station after spending a few nights on Ortigia. I requested to arrive early and drop off my luggage - I knew my room wouldn't be ready. It was no problem - the woman assistant allowed me to put my luggage in the closet of the room where I would stay. She even gave me the keys to the room so I could get right in when I came back. Nice large bedroom, bathroom was very adequate. Breakfast was also very good. I only spent one night but would stay there again if I needed to be close to train or bus station. Nice little park across the street.

We were allowed to check in early which we appreciated a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, you choose what you want the night before so that it can be collected fresh from the bakery in the morning. The vegan croissant with Sicilian marmalade was gorgeous!

We had to drive around a lot to find a parking space, there is not a dedicated car park. At check in we didn't know how to get in the building, it is not clearly explained

Nice regular room, nothing special. The staff at reception were amazing, welcomed as very warmly! You have a choice of what pastry to get for breakfast in addition to the bread with butter/jam/chocolate, cheese and salami. Tea and coffee served to your table. We were very happy with the breakfast. The location is very near Ortigia island, so perfect for sightseeing.

The shower cabin was a bit too small.

Staff were exceptional, really friendly. Room was spacious for two people, beds were comfy and noise was minimum. Great location and walkable to Ortega and other parts of the city. Fantastic

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the island of Ortigia. The owner orperator, Marika, is a wonderful host and great to chat to. Marika, has only just finished building the B&B and all the artwork is hers. It is really a beatuiful place to stay. There is parking on the street in front, if you can get a spot, and also in a parking lot 2 mins walk around the block. There are great resturaunts nearby. All round just an excellent place to stay.

Very convenient to Ortygia, lots of lovely food places around! Staff were so, so lovely- helpful, happy and Judy all around nice!! The place is super clean and really quiet, the bed was very comfortable

The location is not very central but can walk to most of the major attractions. The WiFi coverage is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and supportive.

The building is somewhat old and lacks proper maintenance. The breakfast is quite simple.

The room was nice and clean and located very close to ortygia! Marika was also amazing, informative and very helpful!

Difficult to find free space for parking but when you do there is no need to move the car again since everything is very close and within walking distance

the staff is willing to support and help even if some don't speak English (: nice decor and a breakfast that is not limited to bread and coffee which me as Mexican appreciate a lot

Perfect location, right next to the Island of Ortigia—everything at hand. The owner is nice and helpful. Standard breakfast, but you, as an add everyone can choose fresh pastry for the morning.
