Breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast managers were welcoming and efficient. We loved the outdoor seating at the hotel entrance which is where we met and socialized with couples from different countries that were so interesting. We wouldn't have met them if the entrance tables and bar were in a different location.

I missed having a shower curtain. I was sad I got so much water on the floor after a shower and had to use all the towels to clean up the water. Maybe that's just an American thing?

Firstly, the hotel upgraded me from a single bed to a double. I'm not sure why, but I was pleasantly surprised and incredibly happy with it. Who wouldn't?! The room was beautiful, the view was over the train track, but it was a beautiful view. It was actually really nice to see the train pass through the landscape admiring the wonders that Sant Agnello had to offer. The hotel staff were happy and went out of their way on many occasions to not only myself but other guests I knew that stayed at the hotel. One of which was opening the bar after hours for us to have another drink after my best friends wedding! The day before my departure, I asked if I could take a couple yoghurt pots for my journey to the airport as I would not be able to make the start of breakfast. The staff had zero problem with this and had yogurt pots, croissants, fruit and tea ready and waiting. I can not speak highly enough of this hotel and I most definitely will return to it the next time I come! I wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel is a good choice for budget! Located next to the train station where you can take the train for both city center of Sorrento and Napoli. It has a lot of restaurants and supermarket very close. Also you can easily go by scooter to positano and other beaches around. The rooms are clean an exactly as in photos. The breakfast is good. Also quite neighborhood. We had a nice stay and did not cost a fortune! I recommend it.

The swimming pool had a lot of chlorine! The breakfast area can be cleaner!

Lovely little hotel in a really nice location. Locally there is a public beach, restaurants, supermarket and cafes. Prices here far more reasonable than in Sorrento town. Sorrento is literally 2 minutes by train or a nice 20 minute walk. Staff at hotel all great and very willing to help

The staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely will want to come back. The location is really good also, close to the train station and at a walking distance from sorreto center. Breakfast was good. I totally recommend this place

I will be staying here again as a holiday destination when I return. I did not get to enjoy the facilities as much as I wanted to as I was attending a family wedding and helping with preparations but most certainly will be enjoying the poolside and rooftop next time as it looked fantastic and private. Thank you very much for my stay

I was looking for an economical single room for a last minute overnight stay in Sorrento and this place was perfect. The room was small (as I expected) but really comfortable and nicely decorated with all of the modern amenities necessary. And the location was perfect for me...as in right around the corner of where I needed to be (Dry Martini, also one of the best bars in Sorrento and in Italy). Also friendly and helpful staff. I heard that they sometimes lock the front door after a certain hour of the night (with someone always on premise to let you in) but I fortunately had no issues getting back in after midnight.

The hotel was beautiful inside ' the staff were fabulous and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis .couldn't fault it . Situated in a good place thay made it easy to get to where we needed to get .

Nice, clean and calm hotel with a very nice pool area and a very friendly and helpful staff. St. Agnello area is not so crowded but the location is great: 2 minutes walk to train and 15 minutes to the Sorrento center. We had a great time with friends there!

Hotel is located very close to Saint Agnello train station and other bus stops. Clean with everything you need. Breakfast is very good, Dont miss to go to the 5th floor with the elevator on the Terrace, its 360 view. We are very satisfied and from the personal, very helpfull people and very polite.
