The apartment has got an unbeatable location in a very central yet quiet area in very busy Venice. Truly a gem.

The location was excellent for the main attractions, waterbus stops, and was very quiet at night. Lovely big rooms with high ceilings and well furnished. Had a fully equipped kitchen area, washing machine. Really nice apartment. Would have been a 10 from us had it not been for the sofa bed my son slept on for three nights. The host was outstanding - could not fault him…advised us on the local area and was extremely helpful and friendly. would definitely stay here again.

Paolo was exceptionally helpful. Not least staying on late to check us in. He also provided us with a complimentary chiled proseco, botted water and a couple of flavoured water bottles.

Something that seems a common issue across all norther Italy, they are limited in power consumption as they pay by the size of the breakers, rather than smart meters, it would seem! So whatever you do, don't use the aircon on to high while making a cup of tea!!! Or just be smart & do it the old-fashioned way and boil water on the gas hob.

Matteo one of the managers was great from the point of first booking, till we met on the day. Clear helpfull communication throughout.

Pillows too hard for us personally, but didnt effect our overall comfort or experience.

Our apartment was huge (75 m²) with 2 rooms and a nice balcony overlooking Campo Sant'Angelo. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ask for. Some complimentary drinks were already in the fridge, even a very good Prosecco for free. Location is fantastic in the heart of San Marco district, very near to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Around 5 minutes walk to the next Vaporetto station, the Despar supermarket is just 200 metres away. Campo Sant'Angelo is a relatively quiet place and you can relax at the very good Ristorante Sant'Angelo. A superb service from our hosts Paolo and Matteo is guaranteed. Matteo helped us beforehand with the newly introduced entrance fee for the city of Venice. All in all one of the best places we have ever been. We would like to come back to this apartment. Highly recommended.

A beautifully presented apartment that was very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring the centre of Venice day and night.

A very spacious, secure, clean, well-equipped and quiet apartment with an ideal central location by a surprisingly quiet square, close to St. Mark's Square and to a water bus stop for other parts of Venice and the airport. We originally wanted the apartment with the balcony and that wasn't available, but we were very happy with this apartment and its tranquil garden views. We were very well looked after by Matteo who was very helpful with any questions, and checking in and out was very easy - also there is a secure room for leaving your bags after you check out. Very highly recommended!

The room was really big, you have enough space to move. Location was good, 5mins walk to Rialto and 4mins walk to St Marks Basilica. There are plenty of restaurants right infront of the apartment.

There’s no lift so had to climb up the stairs with the luggages. Had to drag the luggages to and from the Pier which was about 5mins walk. The bathroom is spacious but the shower area is tiny, it’s quite difficult to take shower there. No house keeping as it’s an apartment, but we stayed for 2nights so didn’t face any problems. Overall we had a good experience.

Everything! We travelled to Italy many times and stayed in various apartments in Venezia, Roma, Firenze etc. but this accommodation is the best one. First of all you can find good working nespresso, dish water and washing machine. Then, bath robes, slippers, basic kitchen stuff (salt. sugar), nice cooking facilities (even grill surface and oven). Location is perfect - 10 minutes to San Marco, Academy, Rialto. Very friendly staff. High ceiling (4 or 5 metres), absolutely quiet at night. We strongly recommend these apartments for stay in the heart of Venice.

The apartment is in a good location. 4-5 minute walk from the water taxi. You could take either Sant Angelo or S. Maria del Giglio. Both about the same distance. You can take the water taxi straight to the airport from Sant Angelo for sure, though. Quiet at night. There is a restaurant downstairs but they don’t offer just coffee in the morning and we were on the hunt for gf every day so we didn’t eat there, but it’s very convenient otherwise. The overhead lighting is not super bright but there’s a bright led light where it counts, in the bathroom over the mirror and in the night stands. Fully usable kitchen. When we were there everything looked new still. A.C. vents, like central ac and it worked great. (We’re Texans, we NEED ac) Includes a Washing machine that does small loads of laundry but you need to hang to dry on the provided rack. Beautiful high ceilings central air that works great. There were waters and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and a lot of info to help make your stay easier. WiFi. GREAT apartment. Out of the 7 places booked on this trip, this one was my favorite. Only thing I did not like was the pillows were a bit dense and heavy. Never slept on a pillow like it. Bed was comfy. I would definitely book again!!! Oh! And there was no lift/elevator but it was worth it for us. If you are old and would need help this might not be for you otherwise you will love it!
