The location is a bit difficult to find (also I found the instructions on how to reach that apartment complex very confusing) - but a fair point is that on my multiple visits to Venice, pretty much everything around p-zza San Marco may be tricky in navigation. Otherwise, it's a nice if not outright iconic part of town, of course. We liked the cafés and restaurants around. The reception is not available for 24 hours, but is relatively efficient. I appreciated the very polite gentleman at the reception arranging us a taxi boat to Murano, and walking us to that boat too. That was for sure a nice bonus to this trip. The rooms were fine but one was much nicer and spacier than the other, and only one of them had a shower, though both had WC. The slight street noise was there, expectedly at that location, but nothing dramatic. The WiFi and pretty much everything else worked well. Regarding the instructions, I found it easier and faster to reach the apartment complex from Rialto bridge instead of making the whole long ride ferry ride to the further (from Santa Lucia) station indicated in the apartment instructions we've received.

The kitchen was empty with everything, including even tiny basics like salt, pepper or sugar, not to mention coffee. This was certainly not a drama for us, but an aspect to consider if you expect a rented apartment with a kitchen to cook something during your stay or to have a coffee breakfast home exploring the town. Several cafés around this apartment complex did an awesome job, to compensate for this.

Great apartment in the heart of the city. 10 min walk to St Marco square. Great kitchen amenities with all you need to cook. Check-in fully automated. Amazing staff - although they are not based in the same building, but the level of attention and speed of addressing a few of my requests was on a par with 5-star hotels (e.g. they printed the ticket and brought it to our room within 10-15 minutes after I sent them a text message early in the morning).

Minor things: shower cabin is surprisingly small even by European standards. TV is small and not conveniently placed (but then - you don't come to Venice to watch TV, right?:))

Very good location - near St Mark’s Square, easy to reach from airport. Clean and well prepared apartment, comfortable bed. Two bathrooms - one for each bedroom was an excellent arrangement for us. Excellent shower.

It was a pity the bathroom for upper bedroom was on different floor. In upper bedroom I bumped my head on rafter a couple of times. A small cooking saucepan ( for boiling eggs or milk) would have been useful. The flexible pipe attaching shower head to tap may need replacing in blue shower as it kinks and cuts off water occasionally.

The location was great and convenient for most places around the area. The room was clean and good for a short stay. The host was good, but we never actually seen anyone who worked there, but contact was made through message easily enough.

As others have mentioned… the stairs are a killer. The property is very in keeping with the surrounding so I would not expect a lift. It is just one to bear in mind if you have any disabilities you will without doubt struggle with your luggage and those stairs to the rooms. The rooms are also small, so nowhere to keep any clothes or items if you’re there for longer than a few days.

It was well located and very clean. The staff was largely very responsive and polite. We could use their their laundry facilities which was very helpful.

Some basic things weren’t done before we arrived for instance the locker was closed and despite asking twice it remained closed our entire trip so we couldn’t use it. They were no teaspoons, but they were quickly brought once we asked and extra pillows were brought too. But mainly we thought we had booked a flat with two full bathrooms when it turned out that actually ours had one full bathroom and one bathroom that did not have a shower. We were told that this was because all the photographs of different apartments were mixed up in the album. I would suggest that anybody booking the apartment make sure they get in writing that they are getting exactly what they think they are

location is great, very central in San Marco, just a few minutes away Piazza San Marco. bedroom was good, spacious, bed was comfortable. we had free coffee machine and beverage available in the mini fridge. we received a code so we could go in and out the building and the bedroom easily at any time.

- i missed having at least one staff or doormen on site. - no amenities at all. - the building is very old, which i was kind of scared when i first got there and the hallways smelled old. - shower is really really small and uncomfortable. - there is no elevator and our room was in the 3rd floor. stair steps are very steep.

Spacious and clean room. The room itself was lovely and the host was helpful with providing instructions/directions for getting there from the train station. Bathroom was clean.

The only feedback would be to update the entryway/hallway leading to the room. The carpeting on the stairs is stained and ugly, and the walls could use a new coat of paint. Walking in, we’re were nervous about what the room would look like after seeing the entryway, but it was much nicer.

Location was amazing. The living room windows opened onto square which was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful. Checkin instructions and communication very good.

There was a lot of visible black mould in shower on tiles. The internal stairs (to arrive at apartment) were dirty. Rest of apartment was clean. Pillows were awful making good sleep tricky.

Location was fantastic and very central to everything we wanted to experience in Venice. As you would expect in Venice, plenty of old warm charm in the apartments and internal courtyards that provide plenty of light. Air conditioning was more than sufficient and provided us with some respite during a hot August. So many restaurant options nearby and we made full use of them. Our host directed us on how to get to the apartment and was very helpful. We also had the breakfast option which I highly recommend … it is close by in another hotel managed by the same company.

Nothing of significance.

Every thing was as expected and even better than the pictures posted. I really liked the shiny kitchen there , and the rooftop terrace was out of this world. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was one of three apartments having the same entrance but each one has its privacy and its own door. Beware because there are two stories to climb with all your luggage.

There are very few points to mention but it was a beautiful stay overall. There should be one more safety lock on the door, not just the key. The wall mounted TV set should be relocated to be able watch it from the sofa bed.
