What a wonderful gem this place is. It was perfect for my family and I very much appreciated the elevator a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were spotlessly clean. We had apartment 403 and wow the terrace upstairs is a huge bonus to go and sit after a long day and soak up the sounds of Venice and listen to the singing from the gondolas in the canal directly below. The two mini fridges and the very well stocked coffee machine made having snacks and cold water easy. Asela was very responsive and to all our needs, friendly and welcoming. The location is central and easy to get to with a min walk to the nearest ferry, a few minutes walk to San Marco square, a further few to a well stocked small supermarket and loads of small eateries, or lovely restaurants. For easy sandwiches, gelato, a coffee or drink Bar Ducale is a few minutes in the other direction. It is in the hub of all the high end fashion shops and has some beautiful churches close by. Downstairs and a less than a minute walk is a Gondola Service. My top tip is set your alarm early and go out for a walk before 6am, the city is VERY safe, only a few people around a great time to get a few pictures without all the tourists. The view from our windows down the canal below and from the terrace are attached.

There are two small things I would suggest for the owner of the apartments in relation our room 403. Put a small latch lock on the upstairs terrace door (I know it is roof top and technically people can not access it but particularly as a solo mum traveling with kids it just would have given me further peace of mind). I loved the coffee machine but a kettle to boil water would have been appreciated (NOTE - I did not call down and ask for one and in hindsight I am guessing one would have been delivered no problem).

The location is excellent: close to San Marco and Vaporetto lines. A charming Venetian courtyard and building, far from the crowds. Lovely view onto adjacent canal. Breakfast not served, but no problem because there is an excellant nearby café (Al Theatro, near Fenice) that serves delicious sweet and salty pastries, plus juices, latte, etc.. Good Wifi connection.

The safe never worked. And the AirCon only started working on the 3rd day so our first nights were too warm since we had to shut the windows to avoid mosquitos from the canal.

The location was fantastic. Tucked away in a little Piazza just away from the hustle and bustle. Found a great cafe for espresso and breakfast in the Campo Santo Stefano - which is about a 5-7 minute walk away which opened nice and early. Lots of other great food options close by, and St Marks is about a 3 minute walk away too. The apartment itself was a bit pokey, but for Venice it was actually fairly large. The two bathrooms and separate bedrooms made it comfortable enough for our family of 4. The rooftop terrace was cool, but unfortunately there was major construction happening on the building next door - so during the day the hammering and drilling kind of killed the mood up there! In the evenings it was nice though, gazing across Venice's beautiful and unique rooftop landscape, with a glass of the region's Suavia wine. The apartment was clean and bottled water was provided which was appreciated in the heat!

The apartment was a bit dark, but nothing that couldn't be mitigated somewhat by throwing the curtains open. Natural light in most Venice apartments is a bit hard to come by. The construction next door was a bummer as they had put up a facade over the whole building. So the terrace views were impacted. And obviously the noise during the day was a bit annoying - but to be honest we didn't spend all that much time in the apartment during the day anyway. There was no Internal security on the door, so one day the cleaning man burst into the room and came in whilst my teenage daughters were lying in their beds. It really freaked them out. To be fair, we didn't have the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up, but it would have been good to be able to bolt the door from the inside.

The location is fantastic. Literally a 5 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and great restaurants are close by. The link came in a timely manner to remote access into the the building and rooms. It was nice having an elevator vs walking up 4 flight of steps. My wife loved the espresso maker in the room. Communication between owner and myself was amazing and extremely helpful

One of the rooms (#401) was dark even with the lights on. We were there for a short period so I didn’t bother telling them. I would highly recommend this hotel.

An Appartement Corte Barozzi is a truly amazing place to stay for your Venice vacations. It was cleaned well, located in a city center just 5 minutes away from San Marco. An owner - Lara was very friendly, supportive and an amazing person to talk to :) She also provided us with some good recommendations where you can find a great restaurant and what to see around Venice. Highly recommending Corte Barozzi and thank you , Laura, for a great experience 🙏

We really liked the location and the staff were incredibly attentive. Arranged for a free private water taxi to a Murano glass factory. We ended up not buying there, but the private taxi was a great experience!!!

Unfortunately our first room had a plumbing issue, water leak in the ceiling. We had a damp a difficult night of interrupted sleep. when we notified the management, they did a great job of getting us into another room. These things happen. Only complaint is we did request some type of compensation for the inconvenience of having to pack up and relocate rooms. They chose not to even respond to our request .... That's why we right reviews ... just saying ...

The hosts were tremendously helpful and friendly. The room fit our needs, and we very much appreciated and relied on the air conditioning, since it was so hot in Venice while we were there. The room was clean, as was the hotel overall. The location was ideal, and the wifi worked great. We were very pleased with our stay and I would stay there again.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom from the canal at times, but it was not overpowering.

The hotel is tucked away within a courtyard, so you'll have to walk around the courtyard to find the entrance (IE- no direct street access). Honestly, this was not the slightest bit of a problem, it just meant a few extra steps. The tradeoff, however, is that the hotel is located directly on one of Venice's beautiful canals (aka rios) and the gondalier station is right on the corner of the courtyard (Easy access!)We could look out our window and watch the gondolas come and go throughout the day (complete with the occasional serenade!) The property is about a 5 minute walk from St. Mark's Square and easy access to the vaporetto's along the Grand Canal. The staff were great and the room was comfy and clean. I highly reccomend!

The room design & colors ( yellow & white) were very cozy & relaxing. The room had all facilities & amenities.it is walking distance from shopping area, Gondolas & main attractions. The staff were very helpful. They are flexible with check in hours & allowed us to leave the luggage at the hotel after check out hours.

The location is central & drawing a map with all the landmarks & shopping brands would make it easier to reach. The GPS doesnt really guide to the hotel accurately.

The room is in good size, location needs to walk around the laneways, a bit too quiet in the evening

The bathroom shower is weak, and the bed is a bit too hard. But their reception always no one, they promised to book a water taxi for us to the airport, when we get down to the lobby, no one there, tried to call them, the phone forward back to the hotel, we have to rush to the pier to get another water taxi t water taxi to the airport in this hot weather with our luggage, exciting but too much for us 😂
