Really good location! 5 minutes walking to San Marco Piazza. The receptionist took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. Loved the place! Highly recommended, will come back

Perfect location for exploring Venice. Staff were very helpful in offering us advice on how to get there from the airport when our flight was delayed. The staff replied quickly with lots of helpful suggestions, even at 3am in the morning when we were stuck! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it. Everything was clean and tidy. This accommodation exceeded our expectations.

As other reviews have suggested, a kettle in the room would have been nice :) I found the pillows a bit hard for my liking but my husband was fine with them, so this may just be my personal preference.

It was clean and at excellent location. Everything was nearby. The staff was very helpful. The room was not exactly like the pictures but it was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would love to stay at the same place again.

The location is very good but bit far from nearest water bus stop. There was no concierges at the same building, We had to checkin at different building which was around 5 min walk, it wasn’t bad experience though.

Location good, very clean, air conditioning good, fridge in the room. No other facilities on site but perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep with a comfortable bed and easy access to everything. Worked well for a single traveller. Easy short walk from the water bus stop from the airport. Check in is at another hotel close by and you can leave your bag there if you arrive early or after check out. Staff very nice.

Perfect location, just a short walk from San Marco Square. The room economy double room is bigger than it looks in the photos which we were pleasantly surprised by. Bed was comfy and the cleaning lady was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here, no complaints!

I saw 1 or 2 small ants on the ground in the room, but it didn’t stop me from feeling very comfortable and clean in the room.

A/C was perfect. It was silent but very strong. The refregirator is also very good. In - warm water and out-cold. When outside more than 35C it's the most imporatant. The room is of good size. Very clean Helpful staff. Helped me to carry my bags upstairs. Very good loation, just between Rialto bridge and St Marks Basilika. Quiete and calm place

+ Great location: 4 minutes to Piazza San Marco (where all the touristic things are going on), 5 seconds to the fancy shopping street "Calle Larga XXII Marzo", easy walking to Rialto Bridge and Accademia Bridge. + Friendly staff: They helped us whenever we have a question, before and during our stay. They gave us tips on how to reach out to hotel and airport. + Very clean rooms + Comfy beds: with new white clean bed sheets + Comfy shower + Hand soap & shower gel: good quality and smell nice

- No elevator (keep in mind if you have a lot of bags or baby carriage etc.) - In the bathroom, there was a slight odour of dampness appearing from time to time. (But this is a city on the water, so I think this is expected and not a big problem)

The hotel is located in the heart of Venice, 5 minutes away from Piazza San Marco, with easy access to the vaporetto and all the main attractions. The check-in is done in another hotel, the Hotel dell'Opera, which is located just around the corner. The rooms are very clean, and housekeeping is done daily. Despite being in a very busy area and the proximity to a main street, the hotel is very quiet.

A beautiful room with everything you need right in the heart of San Marco. The location is great. The room is perfect in size and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed the chat and the tips we got.

The noise in the morning. It doesn't depend on the hotel but guests are super noisy. Things might seem a bit old, but nothing to worry about, it gives the hotel a bit of charm. The only thing I would've appreciated is having more plugs to charge things. There was 2 of us and just one electric plug in the entire room.

The location is wonderful, not even 5 minutes away from piazza San Marco, on a lively street full of shops and cafes. The room itself is very comfortable, clean and it was cozy and warm in February. It has everything you need for a few days in Venice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
