The staff were so helpful and were at hand to answer all my questions and offer help whenever needed. I was made to feel welcome in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere with easy access to all the local sights and felt comfortable and safe in the hotel at all time. Also as a coeliac the gluten free breakfast of bread toasted separately, cornflakes and breakfast muffins was more than I expected and I am grateful to all the staff for all the effort they went to.

There is absolutely nothing I would have changed.

Great location, extremely friendly and generous staff. we missed the continental breakfast and the staff went out of their way to give us a feast before we checked out.

The bed and linens were a little uncomfortable, but not unbearable.

The best location: 5 to 10 minutes from all the main sights and yet located in a quiet street right opposite a magnificent church and near a boat landing. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice with all our favourite things to eat, both sweet and savoury. The staff were wonderful: warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. This is really what makes a memorable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of the church opposite. And the a/c was quiet and efficient - not always a given. Can't recommend this hotel enough and we would happily stay there again.

I was in room 126 that had a canal view allowing me to watch many gondolas go by as well as people walking across the nearby bridges. I was worried that the location would be noisy but instead was delighted to have had excellent sleep. The breakfast is superb, the staff extremely attentive, helpful and professional. I have recommended this hotel to all my colleagues and friends. Because of my very early flight leaving out of VCE, the private water taxi limo (140 euros cash to the driver) was worth the money. Not only was it convenient, seeing Venice in the fog at 5am was MAGICAL!!

I can't think of a thing!

The hotel is located in the very heart of the city, just 500 meters from the St. Mark's Square. Interiors are not just after a refurbishment, but look like in a small pallazzo with antique furniture, walls decorated with textile and tapestry in deluxe rooms, beautiful inner open air yard with curly grapes. My standard room accommodation has been upgraded to deluxe room even without my request. Reception staff speaks English and is quite welcoming and responsive. Room windows look at the breathtaking old church and tiled roofs, view is ideal for Instagram addicted travelers.

Deluxe room and public areas aren't spacious as almost everywhere in Venice, but room's bathroom is extremely small and narrow, so overweighed, elderly or big people may not fit in the bathroom. No other major shortcomings, disadvantages or service failures have been noticed.

This hotel was a comfortable place and a great base to return to. We especially liked the cleanliness of the room, the variety of the breakfast, the bar and the location, but best of all were the very kind staff who all made us feel very welcome. Hope to be back very soon!

The location was great, the property was clean and well maintained. The single bed, although narrow, was surprisingly comfortable for the size. The single rooms are small, but we knew about it ahead of time. But we had all the amenities we needed. Also the shampoo etc. were of good quality. The staff were helpful, and gave some good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast was fair.

We had an issue related to the cancellation of one room because one of our friends had a death in the family and she could not join. We got inaccurate information regarding the cancellation policy on the phone and we ended up paying for a room that was cancelled within the appropriate time frame. Overall, this could have been dealt better.

The location is at its best. Near the water taxi stop. However, the journey from airport takes about 1-1.5hr to the hotel. The service from the staff we encountered is at its high level. From reception, housekeeping to F&B staff, all staff is always with smile and never hesitate to assist us in all our queries. The location itself is strategically near the shopping area. Near all the designer brands.

Just the beds where my mom and I found it soft. But this is just our preference cos we both prefers firmer bed.

Amazing and super friendly staff! They always greeted us with a wonderful smile, and were incredibly helpful. Fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of veg options. Luggage storage services. Fantastic and safe location right next to Giglio waterbus stop, and within walking distance to everywhere you need to get to.. Room was nice and well sized, especially given it is Venice. Good wifi - we streamed Netflix without any issues. Great Venetian decor all over the hotel! Bathroom was small but well equipped.

Wish the hotel had a gym or spa - would've made it perfect. The beds could be a little firmer - they were too soft for our liking and for our backs.

A lovely charming hotel ! - with friendly and informative staff who spoke English very well indeed. A comfortable room that had an added bonus of a small balcony. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was excellent ! We found that we could walk across small pretty bridges and canals to get to the Realto Bridge in one direction - and to the main square in the other directions. The hotel was also right opposite a public transport Waterbus landing, so we were able to get all around Venice that way if we wanted to - and to use this to return to the main train and bus stations to get us back to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent.
