The best location in Venice! Walking distance from the main shopping area and plaza. They upgraded our room from canal view to grand canal view. Guiliette was amazing and her colleague at reception were so nice and polite and very helpful. The food was very delicious, and an amazing Tiramisu!

We arrived by car and had to drag our luggage from the parking to get a taxi boat. I don't mind paying a slight extra fee for someone to greet us and help us out upon arrival.

I was accommodated in a room facing an inner courtyard. The sound of an engine was heard all night, probably from an air conditioning system. The next day I changed the room. It was quiet, but it was a smaller room than the type of room I had paid for.

Location was more than perfect. I cannot express how the service was in this exquisite hotel. All the staff treated us like kings and queens. The moment we arrived they took care of every little detail and we were upgraded to two rooms. Our butler Micheal was quite polite and attentive. We asked them for a late checkout and they quickly catered our request. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also the shower was heaven! The bar lounge was fabulous and however it was a bit pricey but worth every penny. Thank you soooo much for giving us this amazing experience in the beautiful city of Venice!

The hotel is very beautiful. Everything is so new, but also very modern. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed every minute there. Looking forward to visit Art's bar that was closed. The location was great, as it is just couple of minutes away from San Marco square, on the other hand it is hidden from the major shopping street. We had windows with the view to the grand canal and it was incredible experience. The garden at the grand canal was very beautiful and comfortable. The food for apero and for dinner was very tasty.

hopefully when Covid times are over the breakfast buffet will have much more choice. I was surprised by the price of wine per glass, which was much higher than the cocktails or other drinks. I would suggest for the future to provide to the guests not only wine list, but also the information of the price per glass. Basically couple of glasses of wine cost us as one bottle of wine.

The location of the hotel is superb. Really nice facilities and beautiful canal view rooms. The staff at the restaurant and bar was exceptional.

Concierge desk was not at all helpful. They could not even get a reservation at the hotel restaurant for the hotel guests. Spoke directly to the restaurant manager who arranged a reservation. No help with any reservations or arrangements.

Staff amazing. Location on the water was surreal. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning is special. Watching Venice come to life. Good hotel restaurant.

Rooms were nice but not too much space. If you are only there for a couple of nights before moving on, have big bags and don't wish to unpack the bags you do not have much room to move around. Some hotels have their own boat service saving you 60-100 euros daily. St Regis unfortunately doesn't. No sauna or SPA currently but this is being built.

Wonderful hotel, in a perfect location to explore Venice and ideally situated for the water taxis. Unlike most old fashioned glitzy hotels in Venice, this is a very modern, recently refurbished, beautifully decorated and furnished 5 star hotel in absolutely pristine condition. It is very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for!! Breakfast was outstanding and you had a choice of waiter service or the buffet, all absolutely delicious.

Our biggest (and only) complaint was the lack of storage space in the bedrooms. We were only there for 3 nights, but still not enough space to store our clothes, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class.

The location is amazing! with a room on the grand canal made it even better! and the staff were nice enough to meet all of our requests plus, they included breakfast for free! our reservation didn't have it included

The location, services at all levels from housekeeping to frontdesk and concierge , bar and restaurant all were excellent

The size of the room is way too small for the rate
