Very nice and cozy place in superb location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no breakfast included, so cannot comment on that. Room was nice and clean with a daily service. Wifi connection in the room was good, no interruptions. This room had multiple balconies to enjoy the morning.

Bathroom was not for the tall people, the ceiling was quite low. Bath had no curtain so after the shower everything was wet. Hot water was a problem, took quite some time to get it warm. Walls were a bit thin so we could hear the neighbor baby crying in the night.

There were several nice things which I didn't expect. The place despite of being in the very center is quiet. It also has a small common kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, free coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar and cream for coffee. There was also free bottled water in the refrigerator in the room.

I liked everything. The only problem to mention was WiFi it was slow and hanging from time to time, though it works.

Great location - 4 minutes to San Marco, near Rialto, water-bus stops; in the evening you can go walk or to a concert, everything is nearby. A small, cozy hotel with a typical Venetian interior. Very clean. Easy check-in. Friendly staff - 2 days before arrival we received a message asking to clarify the time of arrival; pleasant communication - both in person and via messenger, help with all the questions. Coffee machine in the room; coffee machine, microwave, crockery, tea and coffee on the 1st floor in the self-service area - it feels like a "guest house" rather than just a hotel. A very pleasant impression!

You should know that there are mosquitoes here, so you should have something against them.

When we arrived in Venice, we received a message from Cristina and she said that the bathroom at the hotel was problematic, so she sent us photos of a super apartment for 6 people and suggested it. We accepted and spent 2 days in a wonderful apartment. The apartment was very close to San Marco square and its location was very good. Thank you Cristina.

Really enjoyed our stay here over the past few days. Location is unbeatable, right in all the action but tucked away from the busy crowds. Room was a good size, air con was amazing and the bed was one of the comfiest we've stayed in. We had everything we needed. TV was all in Italian as expected but it had youtube. Perfect.

Not that it bothered us, but the ground floor room doors to semi slam when the building front door closed. Just an fyi to people booking. You can hear people in the building, but we had good fellow guests so no bother at all. Would stay again :)

Perfect location in the city centre, the hotel is really stylish and fresh by facilities. Only one thing was not so good the flushing button in our bathroom didn’t work well and the water was flowing the whole time.

the property was in a great location. pretty close to most things we had on our list. the staff was very nice & communicative. the facilities were very clean, comfortable and everything worked well. everyone was very nice & checking in & out was super easy.

the only thing was the bed was not the comfiest. it was a “full” size bed, which meant 2 twin beds pushed together. but everything else was great.

It was a very down to earth and homey place. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating.

It was very difficult to find the place. When we arrived there was no way we could enter and staff wasn’t on site. Luckily another tourist was there and let us in. Later we got the code for the door. The A/C didn’t work right away in our room but with a quick WhatsApp message we worked it out!

I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Two minutes away from different restaurants and about eight minutes away from Rialto Bridge which is a stop for water taxis. The furnishing is a little dated but it just adds charm and personality in my opinion. The staff is great and very helpful if you need any advice.

A bit pricey for value, but Venice prices, I suppose.

The room was on the ground floor. Also maybe because it was low season, the lobby was used like a storage space. I believe this was temporary though
