The room / bathroom were spacious and clean. WiFi worked well. The host was fantastic (also the lady who served breakfast), accommodated all requests and remained at our disposal. We arrived very late but there was no trouble to check in (self check-in instructions were clear and provided on the day of arrival). Breakfast was very good, served in a cosy room and exceeded our expectations (lots to choose from, everything fresh every day). We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the place to fellow travellers.

Excellent location, very close to the vaporetto stop and within walking distance of many sites, restaurants and shops. Excellent staff. Our host gave of us many good suggestions and our breakfast host was very kind and thoughtful. Breakfasts were wonderful. The room was small but space was used very effectively. There was even a small refrigerator which was very helpful. Between the curtains and the shutters, it was very easy to block out light and noise from the street.

The shower could have been cleaned a bit more carefully. Otherwise it was excellent.

Damiano (the host) was just the nicest! He met me and let me keep my bags, he even helped to carry them to my floor and we had great talk afterwards. The room was very clean, had everything necessary (like the shower things and the hair dryer). The room is small, but cozy was bright. Upstairs there is a small attic with the table and couple of chairs, where you can sit. Also, the place provides the breakfast. The place has a great location, near the boat stop San Silvestro and very close to Rialto Bridge (there are two supermarkets there), which is a great hub to get to any place. Plus, nearby there are nice restaurants, wine shop and I stayed for one night, but definitely recommend this place!

We found the place after ringing the host because the street is long and comes out on the other end of the piazza. Church Chiesa di Sant Aponal is in the piazza and there is a TABAC tobacconist shop on the other end of Calle Luganegher where you go down and follow that to 1082. I had forgotten about the included breakfast, which was nice and Susanna makes great coffee. The host was helpful in recommending local eateries.

No safe in the room, so we took our documents with us.

The bed was so comfortable we had to drag ourselves out of it to see venice. The owner was very helpful and informative and gave very good suggestions for sightseeing. The stay is also close to vaporetto stops and Rialto bridge and there were cute and affordable restaurants nearby. And supermarket, pharmacy as well. All in all a very good stay.

I wouldn't say I didn't like, but it's just a suggestion. The breakfast buffet could have had eggs.

Great location right by Rialto bridge close to a lot of restaurants, a lot of which are tourist traps but most of Venice is anyways, plus good for if you hungry and can’t be bothered to walk. Everyone in the hotel was super nice specially the boss. ALWAYs greeted me with my name which I was super impressed with.

Only that I didn’t stay longer :) - oh be careful using maps on your phone when u get there, the address is correct but maps took me to the wrong place. But thankfully the owner helped me.

The host, Damiano, was very friendly and hospitable, and was always ready to help us out. Our room was quite spacious and clean, with a very nice bathroom and even a good selection of toiletries. The location was also very good, close to Rialto bridge and the stop for the waterbus.

The breakfast was fine overall, with a good selection of toppings, bread, and even the option to make toast! However, a small point of criticism, the croissants we were offered were still a bit raw on the inside. For the rest though, everything was fine.

Great location near near Rialto Bridge. Our host was very very helpful and was a great source of information regarding places to visit and directions to places of interest. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice available. We would recommend this B&B to travellers looking for accommodation at a reasonable price.

Nothing to complain about really. The only thing to mention was that there weren't any views from the B&B but this is very typical of Venice with its narrow streets and unique architecture which adds to the charm of the city.

The cleanliness as well as the simple breakfast which comes with three types cold cuts (ham and salami) in addition to the classic Italian sweet breakfast. The cappucino is very good too

There’s blackout twice but the host managed to sort it out without causing much inconvenience to me

Location was very convenient. It was central from the train station and Piazza San Marco, just 15 minutes walk either way. Restaurants for sit down or takeaway all around. The host was very helpful and offered advice for any questions I had.

Navigation is a little difficult if you're using GPS, because multiple streets share the same name. Call the host if you get lost (he advised to navigate to Campo San Silvestro), and make sure to keep track of how to get back to the place when you're out and about.
