The location is absolutely awesome. Pretty much in the middle of Venice and right around the corner you have Rialto Bridge, great food, drinks, coffee, bakery, grocery shop, whatever you want. And within 10-15 minutes of walking. ou have almost all the things you might want to see. Self check-in was also great to have since we arrived late in the evening. Room was nice and clean, plus on the ceiling was pretty chandelier from Murano glass! Also every day when we returned from the city it was tidy since very lovely cleaning lady came. Coffee and tea was available for free, which was also a nice perk to have. Definitely worth the price, can 100% recommend.

The location is fantastic. Daniella greeted us on arrival. The room wasn't ready, but we left our luggage with her and she said to return at 2pm. We went off to enjoy our first Italian Pasta and explore Venice. We returned at 2 just as Daniella was completing her turn-over of our room. She gave us the key, explained how to access everything. It was pretty seamless. Daniella was great! The room was small but had everything we needed. If you need a comfortable place to sleep and shower, but plan to spend a lot of time wandering the narrow alleyways of Venice, then this is all you need.
The bathroom is small, but I have actually had smaller showers in Europe than this one. I'm a very big guy, and I managed for two nights. The A/C did not work. We had a Staff member come to attempt to work it to no avail. We were eventually told it is a new unit but it hadn't been set up because it is still cool out (It was April). We learned, Italians do not use A/C in April. Americans are more likely to do so. Instead we opened the windows in the evening, which brought some Mosquitoes to feast on us through the night. This was the one downside to a relatively nice stay.

Spacious and with taste renovated Apartment with 2 rooms, a comfortable bed in the bedroom and 1 big wall-mounted folding bed, bright (modern Ceiling-LEDs), ground floor, modern bathroom, fridge filled with water and drinks (usual prices), little kitchen... Nespresso machine with many capsules....and very kind and helpful hosts. A video was helpful to get in in the night. We enjoyed our 5 days/nights very much.
in the early morning about 5 the food-transportation next doors to the restaurants is sometimes a bit noisy ... but generally it is calm, because located in a side street.

The rooms are located right next to the Rialto Bridge, which makes it super convenient for people to get there using Venice’s public transportation (boats). Additionally, the interior of the room has been recently revamped and they are super clean. The exterior of the building is old, but if you’re willing to stay in the heart of historic Venice, that’s something you’ll have to get used to. The rooms are located close to several restaurants and shops, and it’s very easy to get to Piazza San Marco from there (10 minutes walk).
Although I expected some noise due to the proximity to the Rialto Bridge shopping area, I did not expect much noise from neighbouring rooms and I was able to hear everything that happened on the room next to ours. I would suggest a better soundproofing system to the rooms.

The location is absolutely perfect, just 1 minute away from the Rialto Bridge and also close to many good restaurants (personally, I would recommend Al Gobbo di Rialto). The room was big and very clean, as the host would clean it and supply us everyday, even thought it was almost Christmas.
The only inconvenient thing was the noise (coming from the outside, but also from the neighbours). Even though, given the price, I would say that this reason is not good enough to give this propriety less than 10/10. Thank you very much again!

The property was in a very good location near Rialto bridge, even though it was near the tourist area, it was incredibly quiet at night with lots of nearby restaurants. The room I had had a second lobby area which could also host another bed if required including a fridge, coffee machine and tv’s in each room. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Contactable via a WhatsApp chat, I received all the information you needed for arrival, including WiFi, location and video showing entry to the property in case you arrive late.
Nothing really, the shower in the bathroom was slightly small. Maybe could provide a location of a couple of recommended restaurants or were the nearest supermarket is, although you can do this yourself

Loved the location and loved the spaciousness. I also loved that this place had 2 toilets + showers in the one bedroom suite. Checking in was seamless! Communication was done via whatsapp which was also very nice.
It might be hard for people to navigate if they do not have whatsapp! I would make sure you have some sort of service in order to access the room properly! And one of the rooms did not have a functioning AC which was slightly inconvenient but not a dealbreaker. The place and location made up for it! I would also make sure to clarify the checkout time as well! I was told 11:00-11:30 as checkout but was asked to leave and said we were late to checking out around 10:45am! Not a big deal either but we did have to rush a little and my parents were slightly stressed!

The location is perfect. It's located in a quieter area than the city centre, which makes it perfect to have a good sleep. However it's also very close (1 or 2 minutes walk) to Rialto bridge, so it's really well connected to everything! Plus you get to cross the bridge every day! The room is perfect, comfortable and very pretty, better than the pictures! It's spotlessly clean and the staff is friendly and always available. Bonus point 1: they can store your bags until you leave. Bonus point 2: really good coffee machine and kettle in the room, capsules provided and refilled every day.
Having to leave! Only point: a full body mirror is missing

The location is amazing, only a fews steps from the famous Rialto. The neighborhood is very nice as well and it is only a 15 minutes walk to San Marco. The personal was nice and extremely reactive when we had questions. They made checkin and checkout very convenient. This is of course not a luxury hotel but a very nice place to stay if you have a limited budget. Breakfast is not included but there are nice pasticcerias very near where you can have cappuccino and pistachio croissant, what else ? :)
