Location was great, very central and easy to access all key areas on foot. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small. It was clean and comfortable but wasn’t as nicely decorated as on the photographs.

It’s a really good location in Venice, central to many of the sights l wanted to see. It is right by Ponte di Rialto which is a tourist hotspot. It is right on the edge of a busy part of the canal with restaurants on the doorstep. It’s decor is modern and chic. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, made me as a solo traveller feel very welcome. There were balconies at the front of the property, bordering the canal. l used the 3rd floor balcony to set up my tripod in order to take photos from a great position. The shower was a lovely double-sized one with places for my shampoo etc. The bed was huge, l'm guessing it was queen size.

I had a canal view room, which in hindsight as a light sleeper was not a good idea. This is no fault of the hotel, more my fault for not realising how busy and noisy it would be, as beautiful as it is, it’s a main highway with vaporetti (water taxis) coming through non-stop. Boats regularly stopped outside with their noisy engines running. A couple of nights l could hear someone walking around upstairs, talking and either a radio or television between 2-3am. I imagine it is nearly impossible not to hear some noises in a hotel and other than these 2 occasions noises within the hotel were minimal.

Location is super convenient to both the ferry and shopping and the view of the Grand Canal from the breakfast room is absolutely lovely. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Only downside would be that our room was pretty dark and the mattresses on the beds were a bit thin and uncomfortable.

Only suggestion would be to upgrade the quality of the bedding, pillows, and mattresses.

tiny rooms, air condition was not really working but this was fortunately not really necessary during our stay because we opened the windows.

Everything...from the super friendly and helpful staff, super clean and sophisticated rooms, clean bathroom, vast range of toiletries, amazing smell when you enter the room, location perfect just right outside the Rialto Bridge. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast room had an amazing view on the Grand Canal. Lastly, after check out we left our bags at the reception to roam around a bit and collected same some hours later. The receptionist proposed us to use the restroom before we hop off to the station which was very considerate. The staff were also helpful with detailed instructions and suggestions about Gondola rides, water bus, shopping and restaurant.... Thank you for this amazing stay. Will surely recommend and come again.

Nothing to complain just a little suggestion. The sink area is tiny. But overall, everything is wonderful.

Stunning Location. 1 minute from Rialto Bridge.

No where to meet up with friends in the hotel. But close local bars which make a great meeting place.

Great little hotel in an excellent location right next to the Rialto bridge. The breakfast was great and a good selection.
