Location was central for our visit. Facilities were clean. After requesting new pillows (twice), bed was comfortable.

The place was very busy and only 1 front desk staff who was working exceptionally hard. But forgot to exchange pillows at my first request.

I liked the location, not far from Old Historic Scottsdale, and next to the Vista del Camino Park. With all the rain recently we had an enjoyable walk through the park, and saw egrets and herons! I also used the pool and spa once, and it was clean and quiet. When we got to our room someone helped us with navigating the menu on the TV; the staff were all very helpful and friendly!

There was a group of motorcycle riders staying at the hotel, and our room was very close to the bikes. Lots of noise when they started up. Generally they were considerate, but motorcycles are noisy! Not sure what 3 Palms could have done, though. Would have been better to have a room away from the parking lot, on the west side, instead.

Stephanie was outstanding, as was Thomas at the front desk. Stephanie even drove me during her off hours. The room was good. Didn't use the pool or any amnenties.

The maintenance crew is seriously lacking. I believe Stephanie has already reported it to Sid but there were several instances of bad service: 1) Stood outside my door for over 20 minutes waiting on a maintenance man to open my door when my card didn't work. He should be fired! (It wasn't Sid.) 2) The Safe needed to be replaced - wouldn't lock - unacceptable. 3) the TV and showerhead needed fixing. I didn't know beds weren't made every day - would have ask for every other day.

Jessica at the front desk was the best! Our room had issues with the thermostat settings the first night. She made every attempt to remedy this and in the end upgraded us to an excellent room for free!! She was friendly, fun and very accommodating and up to any task to make our stay the best it could be! THANK YOU JESSICA!!!

Only SMALL issue were the rooms facing the park were warm at the end of the day and the AC, although trying it's best, wouldn't drop below 82 degrees. No fault of the staff, and again Jessica did and EXCELLENT job accommodating us(:

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was really nice as well.

They tell you the room key cards will deactivate if you get them close to a phone or a metal wallet. In the 3 days we were there we had to have our cards “reactivated “ 3 times. I have 3 zippered compartments to my small purse. Even having the keycard in the front and my phone in the back compartment was too close I really wonder if car keys and metal framed sunglasses should be added to the list because we were really careful about this. They should provide a different type of paper sleeve for them. This is really unacceptable. I’ve never ever stayed in a hotel where this was an issue.

Very easy to check in, we arrived close to midnight and the young lady at the front desk was an absolute angel, she had such a radiant smile and the sweetest personality. She immediately gave a first impression of care and hospitality. The room we booked was very nice, had a few small but noticeable wear and tear damages for use but nothing bad. Room was very clean and staged nicely, we did pass one housekeeper in the lobby at one point and she was very sweet to us. Checking out was a breeze thanks to the gentleman that took care of us. 10/10 experience we will definitely be returning here for future trips.

Nothing it was lovely!

The room smelled clean and the carpet and linens appeared to be clean. The bed was squeaky but very comfortable. Firmer than my bed at home and that was a good thing. I slept better on the bed at three palms than I do at home and woke up free of back pain. While there I made use of everything in the room except the safe and the iron and everything worked perfectly. There were two floors and my room was upstairs. It was quiet.

As a personal preference I like to have my phone charger on my right side when I sleep but there was no outlet over there. I brought a 10ft extension cord and I was able to extend the outlet behind the bed to have my setup the way I like it. The rules state no smoking but there were people smoking weed outside the bedroom doors anyway. There was no breakfast or room service.

We were very fortunate to have a two room suite with a kitchenette. I am very grateful to the front desk manager who helped us get a room on the ground floor. Our rooms were so comfortable and clean.

The only improvements I could suggest would be elevators and a slightly larger pool. The pool is clean and I love that it uses saltwater instead of chlorine. It would have been nice if there was a rectangle shaped pool for swimming and a smooth pool floor would have been better than the rough floor.

It seemed to be centrally located to many places I had planned to visit. The grounds, as well as the rooms, are very well maintained. The parking is free & the environment felt very safe. Aside from the well maintained grounds, the pool area with the waterfall, & the very clean rooms, the staff was great. I had a small issue with a dead battery in the TV remote. The General Manager Stephanie & the night Audit Alexus were able to take care of it right away. No problem is to small here. They literally made my night. Thank you for saving me from watching the guide channel all night with low volume :)

I liked the pool + hot tub, there’s room service! I liked the general manager! The bed is super comfy, I slept very well! This hotel is 24/7 front desk service. Across the street there’s Fry’s, dollar tree, Wingstop, many other businesses.

I didn’t like that the key demagnetize with cards, or being near a phone. It was good, I wasn’t told the first time around. I wish there were scooters near the hotel. We flew to Arizona. Scooters would a nice add-on. We found different transportation to get to Scottsdale.
