I thought the Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff was friendly and great. The location of the hotel is close to many Civil War sightseeing adventures. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center. I liked that the ice machine was on my same floor.

We were only there for a quick one night stay. Everything went according to plan and as expected. Being that the hotel was basically right next to the airport, we did get a good view of planes taking off and landing. This did however, cause me to have a little anxiety/ptsd about planes crashing into the building. (My personal issue; nothing bad about the hotel.)

Location was great, right down the street from Costco. The option of having a sit down breakfast was exceptional. Food and wait staff were top notch. Food arrived surprisingly quickly!

The option of pillows. All were too soft. The AC filter had unpleasant odor so I turned it off. Ice on 3rd floor had black sediment in it. Didn't notice until next day when I went to drink my juice and also water.

We really enjoyed the proximity to historic Winchester and Shenandoah University, but the best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were exceptionally friendly and courteous.

The only downside to our stay was that the sliding glass door to the shower didn’t fully close. By no means a big deal but if I had to find something to “not like” that would be the extent.

The beds were perfectly firm. It looked like the hotel was recently redecorated. The decor was lovely and the rooms were perfectly clean. We wanted a quiet room away from the highway. This hotel is on a lightly traveled road, less than a minute off the “main drag”. Completely peaceful. We got a coupon for free breakfast and ordered what we wanted from the restaurant menu. That was certainly a first for us and, for once, I enjoyed an excellent breakfast while traveling. Just leave a tip for the over extremely pleasant but worked wait staff!! We were so impressed, I called friends who were about to start their trip from FL to NY and told them about this gem.

Loved everything about this hotel. It far surpassed other hotels we’ve stayed at in this price range.

Everything was very comfortable and clean. It's in a good location with lots of restaurants and stores. I felt safe traveling with my two kids.

The staff could have been more helpful when I arrived, but it's ok. I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed.

We were very happy with Everything!! All staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful, pleasant, courteous, positive and loved what they were doing. The entire facility was very clean and reflected the pride all staff had in their facility.

We would have liked to have been able to have a drink at the bar or dinner in the restaurant, but sadly that was not an option as, do to staffing it is not able to accommodate that at this time.

The front desk had the notion the Restaurant was doing Room service. It took a number of unanswered calls to figure out that wasn't true. The Bar and the restaurant were sharing a single server who seemed a little overwhelmed despite only having 3 customers. The Bar is WAY overpriced for what it is.

The facility was very clean and well maintained! Cleaning and maintenance staff where seen and working hard constantly! Hotel was very active and busy but never felt crowded or noisy! Very enjoyable overall !

Not much….. Twas my fault but I did forget my toothpaste and had to run out late to buy some. I had first checked the small toiletries shop @ front desk but it was out of stock.

Breakfast was poor. Sorry to be so blunt, but breakfast was poorly prepared and tasted bad. More luggage carts are needed. Guests wanting to check out had to wait 15 minutes for a cart. This was very difficult for some older guests who were unable to hand carry their luggage. The woman at the front desk was indifferent to the problem.

Other than the random stain, rooms were beautifully clean. The microwave and mini fridge are convenient. Staff was more than helpful and accommodating when I had trouble with said buisness center. The breakfast was also good. In my opinion, it should've been free, for what we paid for the rooms whilst staying multiple nights.

There was a random stain on the bottom of the one bed platform, also they had some construction workers playing loud music and didnt let us know anyone was doing work on our floor. We work overnight and sleep during the day. They could also update their computers in the buisness area.
