I liked how beautiful the room and the view was from our window. My sister enjoyed the stay and continuously complimented my ability to find an amazing hotel for her birthday.

The location was quite close to some good, formal/ casual places, but my sister and I were looking for a good party type of scene. Of course, this was our preference for our visit. If you love a business casual area that is close to a nice mall within walking distance, you’re golden. If you’re looking for a place that makes you wonder if you’re going to black out upside down by a beach or drunkenly singing in the back of an Uber, it probably wouldn’t be your style.

The bathroom was amazing especially since four of us in the one room. The shower was large with good water pressure and heat. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi.

There were postings about happy hour, food, and music in the elevators for Thursday and Friday night but when we went at 5:30 the music had to be turned down; happy hour really did not have discounts as we thought and hoped and there was no food. We would have purchased the food but it was like every other night on the roof pool area. The jacuzzi was shared by the next door neighbor hotel and people there reportedly complained about music being too loud even though happy hour was only from 5-8.

Loved all of the amenities, location, and everything was very comfortable! I love coming here because of the views, location and wonderful pool! The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Lol did I mention the views?:) Hotel staff was also wonderful and always had a smile. Thanks so much, will return again!

Terrific view from large balcony - overlooked the street, and could see the bay from room 501. Service was outstanding - i Staff was very helpful - they brought up scissors to the room, helped me find late night snacks, and were very accommodating to my dog. The pool area is gorgeous, with views and bar and activities. The restaurant is also excellent - with bright window seating and good service.

$41 for overnight valet is a bit prohibitive - but again, service was outstanding.

We stayed here for Ultra Music Festival to be within walking distance of Bayfront Park. We loved our luxurious rooms and were very pleased with the friendly staff and service! Breakfast was included with our room--and we never missed a meal because the food was fantastic! We tried nearly every breakfast item during our stay and every dish was delicious! I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Brickell in Miami and the Caña Restaurant on the second floor!

The hotel has a very good location, with clean, spacious and comfortable room. The pool area has a very nice view and the restaurant serves great food, in my case, with special menu for thanksgiving, what was delightful. Recommend.

I had never stayed at this hotel before and it impressed me onthe good side. I will be coming back for sure!

I liked the location, the room and the hotel in general. The bathroom in the room was spacious and super clean. Lobe the comfy bed and the quiet atmosphere at night. It is good value for money and a great option in Brickell.

We did not have water or coffee machine in the room. I asked many times and happened at last. Other than that I was satisfied with the hotel.

I was on the 18th floor and had a great view across the water, the balcony, big enough to sit out was a great unexpected result. The location was central without being busy, close enough without being too far out, access to the water front was perfect for walking and exercise.

breakfast - slow and expensive - instead I ate all week in the Deli downstairs, Avocado and toast Coffee and Juice $20 bucks !!
