This was one of the best hotels my husband and I ever stayed at for vacation. From the moment you walk in the lobby doors to your room, it smelled good and looked very clean. Our room was a great size, we received room service daily (without having to ask), and everything in our room worked well. The staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and that wasn't expected. The location was great as well. We were 2-3 minutes from the airport and walking distance to some great restaurants such as Chili's and Bar Louie. All other restaurants were only a few driving minutes away. Great stay!

There were just a few things that we didn't like. The parking is limited. If you were not back at the hotel by 6 or 7pm, you had to park in the back of the hotel, with only one entrance which is at the front of the hotel. Also, our sink in our bathroom did not drain as fast as it should, causing us to turn the water off every few seconds when using it. Lastly, while the breakfast was unexpectedly tasty, we had to pick through the sausages to find the fully cooked ones. Most of the sausages were not fully cooked and the cooked sausages were scarce.

Breakfast was good. I like that there were different options each day. The staff kept everything in stock and very clean. You had choices of hot or cold food. Different types of bread and fresh fruit.

The only improvement I could think of was the A/C unit. It would be better to control the air on the machine itself. With it being controlled on the wall, the entire room would be cold instead of near the bed. I am going through menopause and I thought being close to the vent would have kept me cool at night. But instead my adult kids were freezing and I was hot. But the air is very cold in the room overall.

The room was so conveniently located just 7 minutes from the airport. There was a variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was clean, beds reasonably comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

This is an older hotel and thus looks and feels a bit worn. Sadly, the pool was locked with a chain on the gate. The relatives had flown in from cold weather and this was a disappointment. The heating/cooling system is older so turns on and off all night which can disrupt sleep. Road noise was apparent and kept my grandson up.

Our stay was fabulous, nothing to complaint, hotel, parking lot and room was spotless, all 3 clerks I deal with was so friendly and attentive... Special mention to Selene (our maid) she's excellent, very polite and friendly! I wish there could be more Selene (maids) in other hotels where I used to stayed... NOTE: Not sure if this happens always, but have free breakfast for who's going to use the shuttle bus at 4:30am was incredibly awesome! Thanks! 100% Recommended...

There is nothing to complaint, our stay was perfect!

The location was great, very close to the Orlando airport. The hotel recommended I have dinner at Marlow’s Tavern, located at walking distance from the hotel. The food and beverage I had there were fabulous. Being by myself I ate at the bar and the service was great too. I loved the bed at the hotel and got my needed rest before getting up very early to get to the airport on time for an early flight. It covered all my needs and expectations!

I had some trouble opening the door handle after putting my card key in the slot. I had to put the card in the slot several times until the handle worked.

The room was very comfortable and clean as was the bathroom and the breakfast was also good just help yourself and lots to chose from.

I emailed the hotel 3 times before we arrived asking where their Shuttle Bus stand was and they never replied we arrived in Orlando into the new Terminal C and no one was able to tell us where the Shuttle Bus would be. We walked around for an hour and eventually seen a Shuttle Bus for the Ramada I spoke with the driver and he kindly agreed to take us to the Wingate. There were no phones in the Terminal to call the Hotel and our phones would not work! The Shuttle should just come every 30mins and it would help to provide the Bus Stand info at time of booking.

Wyndham will definitely be the hotel that I strongly recommend to my friends who will travel to US. Both Wyndham that I stayed (in Washington and Orlando) are the only 2 hotels which provide us free breakfast. I wouldn't say it's a fancy breakfast, but considering the price of the hotel, I'm very satisfy with the breakfast and also saved us lots of time. Room is also very clean and tidy, big enough. Free shuttle bus to the airport and very close distance to airport.

The room was very quiet and I didn't hear the jets taking off at this location as compared to La Quinta across the street where I stayed the prior week.

Line too long to make your own waffle at breakfast; bread was stale; bagel tasted terrible. - Didn't like towels on rack near the floor where people walk w/dirty shoes and area catches dust, plus no extra wash-cloths. Location of wall-mounted hair dryer where the hand towels hang is impractical and the towels have to hang over the top of the hair dryer.

Great location, shuttle convenient to airport. Walking distance to cafe/pubs, city bus. Staff hard working, always pleasant, offered Great suggestions on places within walking. Breakfast lady working hard, very sweet. Kept a tidy buffet. Common areas large and comfortable. We played table games, sketched and visited with other travelers and staff. Quiet rooms!

Rooms need some repairs.. Although very clean, could use some patches and updates where fixtures above beds were removed. Stayed before and after a cruise. Nice view from 4th floor and 2nd floors. Sunrise, sunsets are very nice!

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Adequate towels and washcloths and the front desk was helpful in supplying me with items left at home! The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices!!! I also appreciated there was not a parking fee on top of our room fee, Thank you! We will be returning to your hotel in the near future!!!!
